I had hair spa treatment, keratin treatment and a cut and blowdry. Lovely welcoming staff. Hair was was extremely relaxing. Great haircut from tania. Recomend the keratin treatment!

Wow what a great experience I had here . The staff were so friendly and helpful and listened to what I wanted from my hair cut. Nadine who cut my hair listened to me and advised me about my hair. I was a bit nervous as I was having a completely different style from what I normally have .This was my first time to this salon and it defiantly won't me my last . Also the young man who washed my hair was very friendly.

I absolutely love my new hairstyle! I didn't have an appointment but they managed to fit me in with Tania who did an amazing job. I was a bit apprehensive as I wanted my very long hair cut to shoulder length. No need to worry though as Tania put me at ease and listened to what I wanted. I am so happy with how my hair has been cut and styled. Thank you very much for a great experience!

Tania did my hair and she made the style look more modern than it did before with sharp lines and also helped the condition massively whilst giving some good advice on maintaining my hair.

Always gets treated well and my stylise Katie is excellent always does my hair to perfection and knows what I like.

Loved my cut. The professional was very attentive, skilled and accurate. Besides, drank delicious coffee and felt comfortable all the time.

I was going to a wedding and booked for Kirsten to put my hair up. She made it a lovely experience, considered my requirements but offered an opinion and options. She took a lot of care over the style and made sure it was perfect for me. Her creative efforts were fantastic and she is lovely with it too. I got complimented on my hair at the wedding.

Marcel gave me a wonderful hairstyle today that compliments my hat perfectly for our day at the races tomorrow. The front desk helped me get a late appointment and I'm very grateful for everyone's help in getting a great special hairstyle for the big day... I've already gotten compliments on it in the mall on my way home.

I have been coming to Lia for a number of years to get my hair styled and trimmed, would and have definitely recommend her services to others.

I went to the salon yesterday the people there will lovely and the two guys that done my hair done a wonderful job I will recommend Toni and guys to anybody if you want to pamper yourself that's the place to go.

I felt the person doing the blow dry wasn't experienced enough or listened to what I wanted it was a basic blow dry and i've had better for half the price.
The lady cleaned her brushes by cutting off old hair in front of me.
She wasn't organised and didn't even show me the back of my hair in a mirror, nor speak to me once I had to ask her 3 times to smooth under the front of my hair.
I was in there at 5:20 and some of the staff was having their hair done and some doing their own in the mirrors.

Great service, I was really impressed that it was so easy to book an appointment the same day. The app works great, no need to call, can read info about all the stylists.

Hi, I came to your salon for an appointment on 23 May 2017. There was a misunderstanding with the appointment time and I was told a different time (1.20) than my actual appointment. (12.40) The staff were lovely and my colourist explained that she didn't have the full time but would do what she could, however, I was charged the full price and didn't get what I originally wanted. As a regular customer, I was disappointed with the colour of my hair after consulting with the stylist my wishes, also the blow dry was not what i am normally used to. No hair spray was offered, and the stylist who coloured my hair did not show any empathy to my response on the final colour. Not sure if I will be back, as it's too much money to feel shortchanged after you leave the salon 1.5 hours later.

Not 100%happy with my hair colour,but will have a another try to see if result can be better achieved ,due to previous hair colouring colour was done do not meet my expectations,but I hope next time will be better result.however customer service and team working there is very very friendly and good.

Excellent colour by Alison& shampooist was brilliant. Best head massage ever. Nicky did great blow dry then ghd curls but sadly it fell out by the time I arrived home!

I was between 2 trips and only had 1 day to squeeze in a hair cut. An Italian girl from the Adriatic coast did a lovely short cut on me and my hair is not easy as it's very fine. Very happy

I found the reception service failed to understand my requirements however technician and all other staff were absolutely professionals with positive attitude,customer care orientation and giving great advice in hair protection and colour maintenance

Finding a good hairdresser is not easy. Katie has been cutting my hair for 2 years now. I wouldn't want any other hairdresser.
All the T&G staff are great too.

Tomoko has been cutting my hair for over ten years I think! She is amazing and I always get loads of compliments about my hair. I travel back to London to get my hair done by Tomoko even though I don't live in London anymore! Thank you Tomoko for always making me feel fantastic!!

I've loved this salon since I've been coming to see Charlie. She's absolutely awesome... she was honest about the state of my hair when I first came to her and has patiently helped my hair every three months to come back to its expected glory!

Top quality service as ever, always made to feel very welcome, minty hair wash, head massage, an Irish coffee, and a nice haircut, never rushed. Expensive but worth it!
