Kirsten cut my hair and advised me on what was the best look/cut. I am really pleased with how it turned out, best cut for a long time.

Terry took time out to advise me on how best to colour my hair, I will definitely be booking in with him very soon.

Having been a regular at a different Toni and Guy salon for over 10 years I thought I would try the Canary Wharf salon as it is now much closer to my home. I went with trepidation as I thought that being in the middle of Canary Wharf it would be more for young trendies than the middle aged, but I was completely wrong. The staff were lovely and friendly and I had the best hair wash and cut that I've had in years! Loved it.

After having a beautiful cut with Lisa 2 weeks ago I had my colour with Danielle yesterday. It was a very professional job and I had a lovely experience. Danielle explained what she was doing every step of the way and I was kept very comfortable and relaxed.

I had a great experience at T&G. Tomoko knew exactly what I wanted and gave me a fabulous hair cut. I could see her passion and focus while she was cutting my hair - slowly, thoughtfully and with good energy :)

Wonderful experience today again at Toni & Guy. Felt really pampered by Marcel who gave me a beautiful hair cut & blow dry. As an extra treat I was offered a refreshing Bailey's iced coffee!

Came in yesterday not too sure about a particular cut and colour I wanted, and the whole team were so helpful! In particular Danielle for the colour. Ended up getting just a cut, done by Marcel who is an absolute genius!! Both team members were so informative and straight forward in answering my questions. The salon is clean, vibrant and really enjoy my coffee every time I go :) Thankyou so much and looking forward to my colour next week!!

The technical skills and fashion awareness are spot on in this salon. While I might pay more for a cut, it's well worth it to have a style that is easy to manage and recreate at home, and that' continues to look good as it grows.

I have been going to T&G for over 10 years (Australia/ Spain/ Ireland and now London). I normally look for this same great consistency in service and products. While I am absolutely delighted with the highlights. Danielle got the colour just right - thank you! The blow dry was very disappointing. I paid additional £25 to have a decent blow dry, I ended having a 1960is Dolly Parton look, not even mention the feel of it. My hair was totally overloaded with sticky product + plus my scalp was burned from blow dryer . I can still feel it day after. In the end I said I was happy with it just to get away. As I said , very disappointed. I will find it hard to go back.

I split my appointment to just colour and a blow dry to save some time, I'd have the cut another day. Unfortunately the junior blow drying it didn't get that memo and took over half an hour despite my repeatedly saying I had to leave.

If the stylist doesn't listen, what's the point? I just left feeling stressed and ignored. Time for a change methinks.

Head massage was good. (Not all of them knows how to do a good head massage - this time the lady did a great job)

I always have Kate to do my hair, she is fantastic, I was also In a rush so she got a college to help blow dry so I wasn't late. She is very personable and helpful

Katie was really friendly and reassuring, happy to give lots of advice for my specific hair type, and I was really happy with the end results. Will definitely be back!

Very good service

I have been growing my hair for a while and haven't had it cut for 4 months. I explained to the stylist that I wanted to lose as little of the length as possible. She did not listen and I have lost about 2/3 months worth of growth. As well as that, she has completely scalped my fringe, it's ridiculously short. Thank god hair grows.

As always, a nice friendly welcome, very attentive, hair wash and head massage, offered a drink, a quality haircut from Cheyenne who is a lovely lady, can't fault the service, top quality, expensive, but the whole experience does make you feel special.

Very personal and thoughtful service. I really enjoy the vibe and atmosphere in the salon, not to mention how talented the team are. Highly recommended especially for the local salon ambience. Nothing worse than a franchise, soulless environment.

I've been going to Toni & Guy at Canary Wharf since it opened and have always had a great experience. Tomoko is a fantastic stylist who cuts and styles my hair brilliantly and I always feel fab when I've been there!

I have been going to see Lisa at Toni and Guy for about a year - she is brilliant, the only person I let touch my hair. She is really nice and knows exactly what looks good for me. I recommend her!

Very happy with my colour but the guy that washed and dried my hair acted like he'd never touched hair before. Tried combing my hair with his fingers constantly telling me it was knotty (it had just been bleached) I ended up grabbing a tangle teaser and doing it myself. Not what I would expect at any salon but certainly not T&G.

A great hairdresser - inventive , attentive delivers every time ! A genuinely nice guy too .

Nikolett was great!! She gave me a huge makeover (I went from having a long hair to a short hair) and I love the cut, the best I have had in a long time. I definitely recommend her services. I will come back to Tony&Guy.
