Serena is likewise outstanding, she intuitively knows what you want even if you really do not! She is incredible with colour. This is expensive but worth every penny. Good quality haircut, lovely lady cutting it, everyone very friendly

The service was attentive from the moment you walk in! The staff were courteous and were not pushy when trying to upsell products aand services! Marcel (my hair styler) was creative and gave great ideas on how to cut and style my hair to create the new look!
The environment was clean and well-lit.

Toni&Guy was recommended from a friend of mine and I have to say that it was worth it. I felt very comfortable and the atmosphere was great. The result of my haircut is how I wanted it to be :-)
The next time I will go there again.

Really liked the person who cut my hair, nice atmosphere and valuable advice on how to take care of my curls. Especially enjoyed the head massage I was given just before the cut. It is pricey, I have to be honest, but the treatment is 5*.

I have been to this Toni and Guy twice and both time I saw Katie. She is very understanding and very easy to get along with. Her advice is always good and trustworthy (when it comes to hair trust is very important.) I definitely recommend booking with her!

At last I've found a salon that gives a 5 star service from beginning to end. Will definitely be back!

Coming from Australia, I've been in London for three years now and have found it very difficult to find a hair dresser qualified with experience in cutting and styling my very curly and frizzy hair. Joanna was amazing, her experience and understanding of hair was exactly what I needed.

She will now have a customer for life. She was an absolute treat.

It's all very nice, good staff, good head massage etc, but 59 quid for a 40 minute gents haircut is taking the ****, not least since this is DOUBLE what your other salons charge.

I just want to say I had a lovely salon experience from start to finish. Got offered drinks through the whole day. The lady who coloured my hair did a lovely job and sat with me to discuss colours and options. Cheyenne who applied my extensions is lovely she just got on and did the job beautifully. If you want a salon that just gets the job done without the bitchy gossiping of who slept with who and their whole life story then this is the place to go. Stylish, professional and amazing hair! If Kirsten is in charge of your hair, please switch off and let her work her magic, the result will always be the far end. I am sure there are other top masters around, l am also sure there are many who are happy with their hair sense but Kirsten is on that another level which many simply cannot reach. Your salon is the perfect setting for such quality, l cannot find a single error anywhere, from reception and back. Great stuff all around! Many, many thanks!

Was in and out in less than 30mins. No real consultation before starting. Hair washed by someone wearing rubber gloves which is extremely uncomfortable. After leaving the salon had to return to get my hair fixed - only noticed how unfinished it was by looking in a shop mirror. Extremely disappointing given how expensive this place is - no better than a standard high street salon but charges more than double.

Since I met Tania I am always happy and I will never change her as she always do perfect job, she is also friendly and quick.

Was seen straight away. Had my consultation then hair washed, was asked if i wanted a head massage and i did it was soothing. Then to my cut, i was kept informed all the time on what she was going to do and asked if i wanted products which doesn't always happen, my hair looked fabulous im very happy with it. As usual T&G lived up to my expectatons. Loved my stylist.

I've been coming to Toni and Guy at Canary Wharf for a number of years and having my hair cut by Jenny for the last two. I only get it done every 2.5-3 months and have it cut really short and then let it grow out. It's always cut so well that it looks good at all stages. Despite the infrequent nature of my visits Jenny always remembers how I have it - and usually picks up our conversation from where we left it off. So whilst it's not cheap, it's definitely excellent value for money.
