Awesome salon, great staff and always a good service

Great as always, Marcel is wonderful and all the staff are cheerful, kind, professional and helpful.

Very good, staff very attentive and polite, nice head massage and a good haircut, very pleased.

Alison at Tony and Guy was excellent. She sat me down, asked what look I wanted to achieve with my colour, and then set to and delivered, in a confident,professional and effortless manner, with great social skills. I left the salon, feeling delighted with the colour and the experience. Thank you. The sort of professionalism one expects from a place like Tony and Guy. It is the individuals that make the name and I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Including Charlie, who cuts my hair every month and has been the only person ever to deliver on my difficult hair. She is also diplomatic, socially adept and always charming. This is a great salon, with super talented women, who work hard. And get results! Would highly recommend..

I've been 3 times now and am always pleased with the results. The team are consistently good although I feel a little overpriced. I guess you get what you pay for!!!

Excellent cut and excellent colour.

I fancied a change and hadn't managed to get my hair cut in months. Moved offices as well so had to find my nearest Toni & Guy. Jenny discussed my options and then did a brilliant job ????

Alison coloured my hair and Kristen did the cut and blow dry. Both ladies were professional and lovely. They made my time in the salon enjoyable and ensured I was happy with the result.

Kristen in particular was proactive in coming up with new ideas. I really welcomed this. She was not pushy but her ideas were great. I felt someone was thinking outside the box and I was excited to see the end result. I was extremely pleased with what they both produced.

The colorist and stylist were excellent, I'm really happy with my hair. They were both friendly too making it an enjoyable experience.

Always happy after a visit at T&G! Never woke up with a catastrophic mistake (unlike other salons)... Ask for a treatment: the head massage is worth it!

The staff are friendly and they give great haircuts.

As usual, my stylist was amazing. Marcel really knows how to give a great cut! The only thing that wasn't top notch was the hair wash; the person did not feel confident in her role, was not thorough (washed all areas of the head) nor did she really apply any pressure to the scalp when washing - not pleasant.

Despite the above, a good experience.

After disastrous hair cut and bleach job ruined my hair at a change of salon visit a year ago I decided to give my hair a rest. Except the white patch left by the bad application of bleach needed disguising. So I used a well known brands colour deposit conditioner. To start with the results were amazing and I couldn't have been happier. Until a couple of months later when my hair started to distinctly turn blue. Every highlight I'd ever had now showed as a streak of blue! After two weeks of head and shoulders which just faded the blue until it looked green under a certain light I made a mercy dash to T&G in my lunch break to see if they could strip the colour out safely. One strand test and a couple of hours later my hair has been finally been restored. I couldn't be happier with the results or service provided!

I had a cut with Jenny a style director. She had great conversation listened to my requirements provided great advice about treatments and styling but most importantly gave me the best haircut in ages.

I was very happy with the cut that Kirsten gave me. She really focused on what I wanted and what would help
me get the look I wanted. I really appreciated her efforts to get it right.

I had a new colourist for my hair. The colour turned out nice. I felt that the colourist might be having a bad day and she seemed a little brusque. I will probably go back to Alison for next time.

It took a really long time to be offered anything to drink and because both stylists were running late I sat in my chair for a long time with nothing to drink and no stylist. Would encourage the helpers to offer water or drinks soon after client is seated.

As ever an excellent cut by Charley who is always good company.

Great place; really good wash and preparation, head massage, then drinks and magazines. Most important the stylists are excellent, very current, and give a cut that looks great for weeks after. Highly recommend.
Most expensive place for men in canary wharf, double cost of next cheapest. But worth it.

It's been several years now that I have been coming to this Salon. I enjoy the entire experience here. Nadine - style director - is awesome; very professional and consistently gives me the best hair styles. I strongly recommend her.

I went in with a photo of my dream haircut and Gary copied it perfectly. He was very friendly and professional.

Will definitely go back to see him.

I had my hair colour with Toni and guy after an awful let down by another salon in Canary Wharf. I must say the I thought the team here were very friendly and professional everyone from booking me in, to my wash and of course my colour technician. Will certainly recommend this branch.

I have been a client at this salon branch for two years. Mark, who was my preferred hairdresser, left few months ago to another branch, therefore, I had a haircut with another stylist. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service this time. ****** was late for 20 minutes, she was dealing with another dissatified customer while cutting my hair, as a result she was in a hurry spending about 30 minutes on a haircut in total. My ends are not properly cut therefore hair is unruly and difficult to style, had to go to another stylist in central to make my hair manageable. Don't think I will be back.

I booked an appointment with Danielle for full head blonde highlights. She listened to me carefully and managed to fulfil my wishes to the best she could. My hair brightened a lot. It is a complete new hairdo for me.I had the ultimate unique customer experience and would definitely recommend Toni&Guy to my friends and family.

Toni & Guy Canary Wharf always has a fantastic atmosphere. The staff are friendly, happy and very professional. The customer service is the best.
I had my hair styled by Nikolett. My hair can be very difficult to style. Curls usual fall out within half hour. But I woke up this morning with the curls still there. I highly recommend her. She's such a lovely person to talk to and did a great job with my hair. It's lasted and still looks shiny.
Overall a wonderful salon.

A good experience, staff very friendly, Cheyenne very nice and gave me a good hair cut, plus easy to talk to. Expensive, but given the excellent service and the nice hair cut, it was worth it,, and I will come again.

Fantastic service, I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and came out feeling fantastic. I wish I could remember the lady's name, possibly Kristen? She really was amazing!
