This was my second visit to have my hair coloured and I was again very pleased with the outcome. Daniella did things a little different this time but I was still pleased with the result. I feel ver glamorous

Toni&Guys are always a conveyer belt experience which is fine if you don't want a personalised experience and can lead to not getting what you want especially with colour but it's fine for basic services like a trim

I have been very loyal to my barber over the last 3 years but I was in need of a hair cut so decided to have a lunch time hair cut. I explained what style I normally have and even showed pictures. The final result was not really what I was looking for... Rather disappointed.. Especially for £59. I didnt feel confortable complaining 1) time constraint 2) serves me right for not sticking to my barber. Will I be returning?... Afraid not. Ill be commuting to Covent Garden for a hair cut in future.

Love my colour, Adam was great. The lady who washed and dried my hair was super friendly. I got asked if I wanted a drink by several members of staff which is lovely however I think the person seeing the client should be the only one asking otherwise the client can get frustrated.

I came to have my hair coloured and the colour applied was black rather than lighter shade. I called next day and complained about it to lady that did my colour. She told me that she couldn't do anything even though I stated that this be escalated. Then I was told the manager of salon would call me. It has been over a month and still I am yet to receive a call. I will have to escalate again as it was a very unpleasant experience.

For my first time with them, I can't be more pleased. I went there for a cut, and Jorych (style director) really nailed it. He understood my features straight away and "fixed" my hair in no time. Very professional and confident. Highly recommend him :)

After a long time away it was great to have a truly good haircut again. It seems simple but too many bad "jobs" show that coming back to London and having Charlie do another amazing cut (and so effortlessly) is worth it.

I received amazing service at this salon. The staff are so friendly and they really go out of their way for you. My hair looks great after colour, cut and blow dry. The colourist listened to what I wanted and was honest about what could be achieved with my hair - but actually the results far exceeded my expectations. The cut is sharp and modern and makes my hair look like it has plenty of volume. The receptionist deserves a special mention for being so kind. I highly recommend this salon.

For a full head of color plus half head of foils, the process was completed over 3 hours and hence given the time I opted for an express dry. For the amount of money I was charged, shy of £200 with an express dry my hair was still wet after the express dry as the person drying my hair did not want to dry my hair more as it would be a blow dry. This has never happened before and it’s disappointing a proper blow dry is not offered with color services which are more expensive than a haircut.
