My hair was in pretty bad shape when I arrived today, but following Katie’s excellent cut I left feeling so much better. She’s wonderful and such a lovely person - always cheerful and helpful.

Haven’t cut my hair in 5 years because the usual and ONLY place I went had completely changed management. Finally decided to cut my hair today AND WOW!!! Seriously I could not have been happier! Highly recommend this branch and a Stylist named Nikki!!!

Had a great blow dry this afternoon at T&G Canary Wharf. Andrea took a lot of time and care and the result is fab! I highly recommend him!

Nikki was very understanding of the fact I have a phobia of getting my hair cut and was very reassuring. She advised me on what length she thought was best, and I'm so happy with the result, will be back for my next cut

I once again booked in with Nicky for my hair cutting, from the start to end the service from all the staff was second to none. Nicky is both funny and talented, i have never had a bad haircut and always left feeling amazing.

First appointment, booked late appointment online and although not with stylist I thought I had booked was v happy with Tomoko and advice from colourist. Comfortable and relaxed salon and will go back.

Kirsten and Adam are my perfect combo!! They listen and absolutely get what I want! They take time to understand my lifestyle and how the cut and colour need to work for me. It definitely has to be 5 stars. I won't go anywhere else!

The staff are so friendly and the haircuts are great, £69 for a haircut is ridiculous but I still go back!

Wonderful experience: hair wash with massage, cut and blow dry. The master is professional and listens carefully to understand what you want. The atmospehere in the salon is great and the personal is very friendly. Would strongly recommend.

Nikki (Not sure of the spelling) was great as usual. I'm happy with my haircut as is my wife (even more importantly!).

Andrea was fantastic! Brilliant cut/style and great blow dry (especially as I have such curly hair).

I have been to numerous Toni & Guy and Rush salons throughout London, and in my view the Canary Wharf Toni & Guy has by far the best ambiance. It is a real pleasure to visit.

It’s always a pleasure to return to Canary Wharf, Toni &Guy. I have been coming here for 7 years and I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. The staff are friendly, helpful and I have never left with anything but a smile on my face and fab hair!

Colour and styling is consistently good, always a pleasure to get my hair done here. I generally have a problem with the prices charged by city salons but this applies to all salons not just T&G

It’s been so many years since I’ve been taking haircuts at various upmarket salons even Toni and guy’s other salons but Herani is the best hair stylist I’ve come across. Very diligent with her work. She got a catalogue for me to explain what exactly she plans to do with my hair. Not pushing any products for me to buy which is so common with other salons.

Excellent ..Charlie is superb and the young lady who washes my hair helps start the experience in the best way possible. Happy New Year

I've been visiting this salon for a couple of years and am a huge fan of my stylist, Charlie. She's simply awesome and gives me a great cut every time.

Tomoko is a genius. She transforms my frizzy ‘fro into a sleek crop using just a pair of scissors and pure skill.

A busy saloon everything was in rush. My hairdresser didn't do even proper blow dry as it was already another client waiting for her. She cut my hair not straight and when I told her she agreed and made changes! the outocme was good but Come on that was a senior stylist!!!They book far too many people in a short time.

I had an art director as I haven't been to a salon in a very long time. the people in there were nice and friendly. Kirsten was very helpful, friendly and offered various styles that could work to change my look as I had very very long hair for a man (between shoulders and waist). She cut a lot off as we talked about and ended up with a style that I have never considered before but really liked.

She was very professional and the time flew by.

Highly recommended and would definitely go again.

Expectations weren't managed appropriately. The colour created did not match what i had requested. The roots were orange after the first colour when i had asked for brown. The colourist said it looked good and until i checked and called her she didnt fix it. She then applied a toner to make it darker. Overall the roots are lighter than the rest of the hair which looks very awkward.
