Service was decent but I wasn’t happy with the outcome, hair was left frizzy and I’ve had to restyle when I got back.

Best head massage I have ever had

Honestly i expected a bit more personalised service for 82 pounds. Cut was simple but i would have wished more of a conversation about my hair - felt was part of a chain process

By far the best service, cut (always Kirsten) and experience. I've been your customer for 18 years and am not going anywhere else.

Having booked just for a slight trim as going on holiday for over 3 weeks my fringe was cut very short (the shortest I have ever had it) despite explaining that my hair goes very curly wavy !! Hence I am now on holiday and having to wear my hair clipped up the whole my hair is looking awful the whole holiday. Due to it flicking up and curling This has never happened to me before in the years visiting tony and guy the rest of the style is not to the standard I usually get

All other stylists now and pay homage to Timoko who produces a newer younger sexier image of yourself with effortless precision every time

This was the first time I'd ever been to Toni & Guy at Canary Wharf. For the passed year or so I've had shit hairdresser after shit hairdresser. Today I had Tania cut my hair. She was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!! She didn't rush and took so much time and effort and I absolutely love the cut!! Thanks so so much!!

My hair cut was absolutely amazing Brianna is a fab stylist But & that's a Big But I do not like fact Receptionist words were "your hair cut will be £84 is that going to be a problem" when what she meant was can you even afford it. Judging someone by they way their dressed in the middle of winter is disgusting just because I'd rather spend my money on helping people than wasting it on designer clothing little did this woman know but I had over £6,000 in my bank account & by the time I leave London I will of earnt another £10,000 to add to that. I'm a professional model who prefurs not to be recognised while out in public. If I could of got a same day appointment else where then I would of.

Totally felt the customer service from the welcome to the conversation with the stylist who totally understood my hair and what I wanted! It’s the silly things like him stopping for a minute to allow me to drink my coffee that totally makes a difference THANK YOU

Went in today for a haircut with Katie, who I have had before, and was once again amazed with the quality of the haircut and personable character! An absolutely wonderful service from start to finish.

Excellent is the right word to describe this salon ! The stuff are friendly helpful and so nice !! It’s just amazing ! That was my first time there and I will recommend it to all my friends

I previously used Toni & Guy for my colour and cut and was (with the odd exception) very pleased. I then moved away from Canary Wharf for a while using a different salon. I am now back and realise how much I miss the quality, care and customer service you receive. Great service, great staff. Would recommend.

Let’s face it...the only reason I colour my hair with Danielle at T&G...is because she’s AMAZING! Skilled and friendly...happy with my hair and the experience!

Charlie Davis is a fantastic stylist. She always makes my hair look so good I can swish it around all day with my lovely bouncy curls blow dry!

I visited today as a treat, I needed to cover what seemed like an abundance of grey hair. My colourist did a great job and then I had my hair tidied up with s cut.

Nadine managed to absolutely transform my hair in under an hour. Left with my hair looking really healthy, and the cut was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I called in without an appointment on off chance. My hair was a total mess when I walked in. Somehow Kirstan turned my hair into a sleek and shiny bob. Best blow dry I ever had and for once I didn’t need to use straighteners on my very unruly hair. She was also lovely to chat to. I live in Sheffield and go to London every couple of months so that will be my treat.

A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Very very good stylists. Take their time and know what they’re doing. Highly recommended

Katie my hairstylist was very accomodating and she was able to do the hairstyle that I want. Kudos to her.

The hairdressers at TG are good but service is poor and the girls at the reception are not polite - don't even smile. Only seniors are good but the cost is £90. My hairdresser is very good though, do 4stsrs

I visited the salon today and brought with me a friend and my baby boy. Whilst I was under shampoo my friend who was sitting in the waiting area has been suggested "to go for a walk" because my baby was whining, by a gentleman working behind the salon's counter. Now I won't justify my baby not to sound like the "protective mama".... we all know sometimes even the most sociable and outgoing babies can get grumpy for a belated nap, a dirty nappy or whatever else. But what I found absolutely unacceptable is the attitude of said gentleman who leaning forward from the counter, basically told my friend sitting in the waiting area opposite the salon to leave.
So to get to the point...
1) if tony&guy is a baby-free salon please make it clear by communicating it on relevant channels prior accepting bookings
2) if tony&guy canary wharf welcomes everybody, then the personnel (bearded guy) should mind their behavior and manners. My friend would have left even if he asked politely, nicely and closely and I would have left without a bad taste in my mouth. I have nothing to complain about the haircut that was well done and I am really happy with. But the overall brand experience goes beyond the haircut service in itself ... and in my case has been ruined by this guy's rudeness. And I conclude suggesting that if tony & guy is a sophisticated and premium place then its people's behavior should measure up to such standards.

Having been for the second time yesterday it was so lovely to repeat the amazing experience I had the first time I had my hair cut at tony and Guy Canary Wharf. Nikoett was funny and chatty throughout the cut and this was backed by the friendly warm atmosphere from the rest of the staff. Would recommend it to a friend and have already booked my next appointment.

Tanya cut my really long tresses off and styled what was left into a chic short bob, with lots of texture. Lovely head massage and was a pleasure to talk to. I came in with a picture and she did the exact style I wanted. She also showed me how to style the cut when at home. Thanks again.

Excellent colour with Serena as always, but with Lise (& previously with Marcel,) the curls have dropped out by the time I arrived home which is only 10mins away. At £ 213 + , it is not good!

I've been going here for over a year and have always had a pleasant experience until yesterday. Both my usual colorist and stylist had left so I had different staff. The guy that shampooed my hair reeked of bananas (made me nauseous) and he was so rough. It was the first time I turned down the head massage. And when the stylist was ready to dry my hair, the brush she pulled out was full of other people's hair!! Ewwww!

Kirstan always gives me the best cut, keeping me on trend with aneasy to look after style. She is gentle and listens to what I want. First class.
