I have this facial every 5 weeks and it can vary slightly each time to fit the needs of my skin at the time, which is fabulous. I would definitely recommend it.

I went in feeling stressed and tense, I had booked a hot stone massage with Nicola. I didn’t think I’d be able to switch my brain off but I absolutely did!!! It was amazing and just what I needed. Would 100% book with Nicola again.

A truly wonderful experience, like no facial I’ve ever had before. I finally felt like I was having a facial that was addressing what my skin really needed. Therapist was so professional and very warm and welcoming. Beautiful salon, an all round amazing experience.

I went because it was close to my parent's house and I'm visiting. The girl was sweet but it was very painful and she left a lot of hairs. The point of having a Hollywood wax is to get all the hairs out. She only waxed the front bit and avoided parts which should have been waxed in a proper holywood style. If you want a proper Hollywood waxing this is not the place to go to.

Nicola is a true professional...her facials are amazing ... she is always smiling and happy and makes you feel like a queen ...great place too and very calming ... thank you

Service was fantastic from start to finish, my eyes twitch terribly when I have anything done, Nicola was brilliant and it didn't stop her making my eyelashes amazing.

Excellent - Dominique is fantastic.

I usually have my waxing done at the Beauty Rooms and the occasional facial, and have always been very happy . This time I also had an Opi pedicure and an express gel manicure.
Dominique did my pedicure and was absolutely brilliant, her attention to detail was spot on and checked with me all the time to make sure I was happy with the shape and colour of my nails etc . Then I had my express gel manicure with Clara which I was also very happy with . I will definitely be going back to have my nails/ toenails done again !

I was feeling tired and had a sore back, Heather explained the benefits of the treatments I had chosen and I came out feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, the soreness in my back had all but gone. I was made to feel at ease and have booked another treatment. Highly recommended.
