Therapist explained the treatment, asked my preference and made me feel at ease. Very pleased :)

Went in this morning for a wax and to get my nails done. Staff are all lovely and make you really comfortable. Wax was as painless as could be. Would highly recommend.

I have had many treatments at the Beauty rooms in the past 5 years.
Ranging from waxing to laser , massage, facials and tans.
I have always been 100% satisfied with every treatment Ive had. Top quality products are used by highly qualified staff that are warm and friendly making the atmosphere perfect and relaxing for your treatment. Today I had Dominique who has just joined the team who was very proficient.

I had a very relaxing body massage and facial . This was bought for me as a gift and I thoroughly recommend this. The products used are excellent and I loved the whole experience. Thank you !

I have just had a micro firm a lift facial ... absolutely wonderful..,, Elemis products are so good my skin feels hydrated and youthful.
Nicola is very professional and calming .. it's the best facial I have ever had and can't wait to have it done again next month.

Had a lovely day with spohie doing my indian head and back massage followed by a fantastic facial. I drifted out of there so relaxed. My first visit definately left me wanting more. I booked following a friends recommendation as I'd been looking for a manicure with paraffin wax.
The whole experience was lovely. It was really quiet on the Weds afternoon so it felt very calm and personal. Sophie was charming and fun as well as being very good at giving a careful and thorough manicure.

An incredible massage! The atmosphere in the beauty rooms is wonderful, I felt completely relaxed througout and received a fantastic massage, where Sophie asked what the areas I wanted her to concentrate on and she worked wonders on my shoulders.

I booked for my daughter to have a massage facial and manicure/paint today. I am extremely happy with the value for money aspect but also more importantly my daughter absolutely loved it and the therapist Sophie was very nice and made us both feel welcome and at ease. There was no hard sell of any products but I bought an eye serum anyway , which I can't wait to try out ! I look forward to my next visit where I will enjoy some pampering.!

I would highly recommend having a paraffin wax treatment on your hands, particularly this time of year. Elemis' lime & salt glow really helps with exfoliation ... so much so that I bought some to take home!

I had a back neck and shoulder massage and couldn't recommend it more! It's reasonably priced and my masseuse worked wonders!

Went to beauty rooms today for a full manicure. Typically I was last minute and only booked today, they fitted me in as they almost always do. The manicure was excellent, the products used are devine, would strongly recommend the scrub. Heather is lovely, she does exactly what you want but will give direction where you need it.

Last year I used a gift voucher for a facial at The Beauty Rooms in Carshalton Beeches. Normally I dont go back but this time I found everything to be so lovely I have been going back regularly ever since for various treatments. Nicola has been doing elemis micro firm and lift facials which have left my skin feeling so much better - it certainly gives a glow to my face. I think all the staff are friendly but also very professional and I am so pleased my son bought me the voucher in the first instance. I thoroughly recommend The Beauty Rooms for all types of beauty treatments.

Felt very comfortable for what can be a uncomfortable treatment... a Brazilian! Nicola was very professional but also made me feel at ease with general chit chat to take my mind off it.
