Clare and Mario looked after me beautifully. Clare's highlights were amazing and Marios cut and blow dry was so good. My hair has been greatly admired!
They also put up with me coughing and spluttering without making me feel awkward- thank you so much for a lovely morning and fab hair!

Don’t remember who cut my hair that day but he was very professional and took his time to concentrate on my hair. Brilliant styling after. Superb service.

Massimo was really great deciphering what I want from a lot of "I want to look pretty" kind of phrases. Definitely recommend! The atmosphere was rather busy and not perfectly cozy, but the result beats it all.

Miserable unfriendly receptionist. Staff stood around reception area gossiping and looking bored. Cut hair all over the place. Really noisy non-relaxing environment.
The saving grace was my stylist who was friendly, attentive and experienced. Great cut and blow dry.

I also had the most amazing head massage with the guy that assisted Richard - if he doesn’t want to be a hairdresser he could be a masseuse!! Sorry I missed to get his name
Soooo pleased with my hair tonight.

I asked for a trim on my existing haircut and for a bob that flicked out. ***** didn’t listen to what I asked for and gave me an awful haircut like a boy that is very close around my neck. ***** doesn’t seem to know how to cut hair. He kept asking me what I wanted to do & he’s the expert. I have been crying all afternoon and I can’t believe they made me pay. I’m devastated. Terrible experience.
