As always I was greeted well, I am a regular client and had a relaxed experience from friendly staff and owner who care. I'm always offered a drink and normally say no but today said yes to some fresh orange juice that tasted great. Products they offer are always up to date and work. I would highly recommend this salon. The care and time they take to look after you and your hair is why I keep going back.

Always a pleasure having Tilly cut my hair. She listens and understands how my hair works best for me. She never presumes that I would want "The usual hairstyle" so there's always a brief consultation prior to having my hair washed. This is useful in case there have been any changes with my hair or I might want something new or different. She's great for tips and advice on hair care and knows what suits. Chats with Tilly are effortless like catching up with a friend. The salon staff are always polite, some a bit shy. The music choice is good mostly except occasionally when you're not in the mood to party. Salon decor is a bit dark. It would be nice if there were a loyalty treats scheme maybe a small discount after so many visits or a complimentary treatment or small size product to try. Although I vote with my feet as a customer because I always get such a good quality service.

I have just visited Briggs where I had a cut and blow dry by Natasha. I was a little apprehensive as I hadn't been to Natasha previously but had had a good recommendation. The salon is lovely and very welcoming and Natasha understood exactly what I wanted and more to the point - delivered! My hair looks great - thank you very much. Pauline

Tilly did my hair as always and I am very very pleased. Every time I go there the experience is great and all the staff are lovely and friendly.

Friendly salon with nice atmosphere, clients of all ages. The hair wash is comfortable and often includes a relaxing head massage. Best of all I have found a hairdresser who knows what suits me and gives a great cut. Good price too. Oh and nice coffee!!

Having had my hair cut at two different salons before trying Briggs & co. and being very disappointed with how they'd listened to what I wanted and understood my hair type (slightly wavy) and with the final haircut my experience at Briggs & co was excellent. I immediately felt the stylist (Tilly) understood what I wanted and it was obvious she knew how to cut my type of her. I had confidence In her straight away. At each stage she explained what she was doing, putting me very much at ease.
Having never really enjoyed going to the hairdressers, I left the salon feeling very happy with my new hair cut and realised why people enjoy going!
The whole salon had a friendly feel to it.

SO pleased with my experience at Briggs - never been before and after a bad haircut and bad experience (SO unprofessional) at a nearby salon I thought I'd try this place out. Fantastic experience from the minute I walked through the door - such friendly attentive staff. Debbie did my hair - listened to all my concerns about my hair and to what I'd like and she cut my hair so brilliantly. Gave some great advice about how to manage and style my hair. Absolutely over the moon with it and will be booking myself back in soon for my next cut. So so pleased.

I've been coming to Briggs & Co. for many years now and can't recommend it enough. I had my hair cut by Tilly today and my daughter had hers done by Debbie. The service was professional and friendly and good value for money. Tilly is an experienced stylist who always listens to ideas and I've never been disappointed.

I absolutely love this salon! Just had colour done today by Paul. Now feel like a million dollars. Paul is the best colourist I have ever had! Everyone in the salon is attentive and polite and there is a great atmosphere in there. Had my hair washed today by Remy and she was brilliant and I got a lovely head massage. The wash chair also has an extendable foot rest and gives you a massage (if you want it!) whilst having your hair washed! Can't wait for my next hair cut now :)

I highly recommend Briggs & Co. Skilled staff, friendly and so welcoming. It's the only place I've ever felt truly comfortable having my hair done. Natasha Briggs works wonders on my hair and even though I'm no longer local I will always go back here.

I have learned to love my hair with the help of great styling from Tilly and colour from Toni. I came to Briggs salon (formerly Temple London) approx 2 years ago after a hair disaster at a salon in Bromley. Thankfully toni and Tilly rescued my hair. It's in such good condition again and the cut and colour is the best it's ever been. The colour really suits me and I have learned to work with what I have rather than go against it. The girls are great for advice on colour, style and care. Nice team of girls at Briggs:)

I really must recommend these two lovely ladies, I went into the salon very nervous as I've had previous bad experiences and I was totally put at ease, can't recommend Toni enough for anything colour wise she's very professional helpful and full of knowledge on how to achieve looks using colour.
Debbie was great too, she gave me a perfect cut helping me to restore the look of healthy hair to what I thought was a lost cause!
