A superb exsperiance from start to finish, reception greeted me warmly, within a few minutes I was introduced to my colour and stylist Aliyah
I was taken through to the colour room where the magic happens, and it did! we discussed what id like, she was easy to talk too and listened, she advised me based on her exsperiance, and was spot on!
The staff are all friendly, it has a very nice easy going atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend you trying this salon!
Had an appalling experience, as the service was poor and the haircut is way below average and not what I asked for. As I was trying to explain what I wanted, the hairdresser did not pay much attention and even debated with me for a bit. I showed multiple pictures of the hairstyle I wanted, which didn’t involve anything complicated. I was not asked any further clarifying questions, so assumed my request was well understood.
Unfortunately, the hairdresser quickly chopped my fringe way too short on the sides, so I could no longer have the desired style. As I was visibly upset, she continued to ignore me. After asking me if I was happy with the parting, I indicated it didn’t seem straight, so she just handed me the comb and said “I can see you’re unhappy, why don't you do it yourself”.
After she was done, she handed my over to someone else to blow dry (who was lovely), and never got back to see if I needed any final touch-ups on dry hair (which I did, so I had to take care of those myself at home), or even to ask if the haircut was okay. I do not like the way it looks and one of the comments I got from friends was "It's okay, but don't tell anyone you paid for it".
In addition, their brushes don't seem to be cleaned very often, so they're covered in product, which makes hair extremely greasy after they blow dry it. It's definitely not worth £50, given the result and hairdresser's attitude, and I would not recommend this place.
After a year I am giving up on this place. Went in for an elegant full head highlights and came out a brash peroxide blonde. Went back to have it toned down and after a friendly but very perfunctory toner, came out a full, dirty blonde and looking like I had been dragged through a bush backwards. Not sure if Chiswick salons think they have a captive audience but am sorely missing international salons in Asia which charge the same price but ensure you leave looking and feeling fabulous. Tired of hairdressers in this area thinking I want to look like someone out of a soap opera, where are the hairdressers that understand understated elegance and style?

Went in to get my hair fixed after a seriously botched job I got done when travelling. Completely fixed my hair! Reassured me for how it would grow out and the potential of what it can be! Great service and advice definitely going back!

Blo Bar Ealing branch is a great addition to the area. Becky was great with the hair colour service. Athena was very helpful with olaplex and they have a handy beauty section for nails etc. Highly recommend the place and wish the business best of luck!
My mani was great, staff very friendly, the only thing was the stool wasn’t very comfy to sit on for too long.

Thank goodness a Blo Bar has landed in Ealing Broadway! I managed to do the unthinkable- enjoy a 1.5 hr haircut and wax while my 4 month old was entertained and held by the lovely Blo Bar ladies.
The studio is stylish and bright- even on a miserable rainy Nov afternoon. I highly recommend hairdresser Gosia who transformed my dull, tangled tresses and lifted my spirits. Worth every penny. I will be back.
A great experience all round
I was really disappointed with my haircut and found the whole experience quite stressful. I brought a picture of the style I wanted and really thought my stylist understood the style during consultation but when she started cutting it was clear she didn’t. I came out with a different haircut to what I wanted and I didn’t realise until my hair was too short at the back, but at that point the damage is done it can’t be stuck back on. I think overall it was a complete misunderstanding I really don’t think she looked properly at the picture I brought and did her own interpretation of it. I now have to wait for it to grow out, sadly I don’t want to go back to this salon.
Becky was great - she listened to what I wanted and delivered a good cut. Great head massage too!

I live just a couple minutes walk away from Blo Bar and I am so so happy about it. I have two little children and having a salon with a crèche is heaven sent. The kids were so happy and I am very pleased with my cut and style. Friendly service and some really love “me” time. I’ll be back again and again! Plus they have excellent sale prices going on right now.
Me and my friend came for a blowdry and Will our hairdresser was amazing. The salon is beautiful, staff are friendly and the salon is super child friendly. We will definitely be back!
Booked for me and my mother the Conditioning treatment which contained blow dry on the description but when we arrived I discovered that blow dry actually wasn’t included and I needed to pay extra 22 pounds each to have it done. If I had know this before I would have book for just blow dry. Anyway, they started, without washing our hair, applying such a little quantity of the conditioning cream that felt like nothing, then asked us to wait 20 minutes but after only 10 already washed our hair. Then dried messing our hair without even brush. We both finished with half wet and so messy hair. It seemed they were running to finish soon. Our hair of course were worst than before. We never left a hairdresser looking so bad like today. Needed to hide our messy hair into the jacket hood. So disappointed. I wish I could go back in time So I wouldn’t throw my money away.
