I'm almost in tears ***** was doing unbelievably excellent job until one wrong cut near the forehead and it went awful. It's gonna take two months minimum to grow back to normal. It's just sad because I can tell he was really putting an effort which most stylist dont, and he is a nice human being. I'm obviously not going back again but I really wish he hadn't made that one wrong cut. It would have been an excellent haircut.
Always get a great cut here regardless of who wields the scissors. Dominica happens to be my favourite
Barber called ***** failed to follow instructions and took way too much off. As two of us went it seems he tries to do the same style every time in spite of what you ask. Refused to take responsibility after and insisted he followed instructions. Bad attitude and a con for £40.

Have been going to Genko - Chiswick branch for a couple of years now, for my back waxing. I always see therapist - Tina, who is quick, professional & efficient, just what I like. We always have a good chat, which I personally need to take my mind of the treatment.
Discovered Genco through an online search and I am glad I did. Had my haircut by Lewie who did a great job! As someone who doesn’t really know what to do with my hair, Lewie was great at helping me Choose a great look. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and the end result is probably the best haircut I’ve had in a very long time! Also - great music playing! I have definitely found my new place to come each time I have my hair cut!
Jordan (chiswick branch) is an arist and the best hairdresser in London, I'm definitely a regular. Although Genco had no receptionistsworking anymore so Jordan had to keep stopping and answer phones. Get receptionist back.

As a regular customer Adelle was fantastic as always but I don’t like new white paint job or removal of the screen to make shampoo area more relaxing ! Please don’t change the feel of the place !!
