TONI&GUY Clapham Junction

The price is increasing with every appointment for the same service (just roots, no blow-dry or anything else). Anastasia making up prices. This hairdresser is a rip-off. Annoying. Wouldn't recommend.

I have been going to Toni and Guy for the last 10 years and always had a great experience. However my last 2 appointments have been with a stylist called *****, first for a haircut and second for a blow dry. Both experiences were awful. I cried after my haircut as it was so bad. Have to say Toni and Guy were great and gave me a free haircut the next time. After the blow dry, I had to go home and rewash and style it again. I would recommend this salon but not *****.

I had my haircut by Miki. I had very long hair, but fancied a big change to a bob! Miki did an absolutely amazing job and I will definitely be asking for her next time. She also gave great advice about what type of cut would suit me best. Whilst it's a bit more spenny than other places, you get what you pay for! Recommend Miki to anyone and everyone. Thank you Miki!

Badly out of shape hair was cut and styled beautifully by Miki ,and was much admired by family and friends. Miki also gave me good advice on the condition of my hair and the way to look after it.

I love this salon, it’s been nicely done up and staff are very pleasant and well trained. I will be back after lockdown

I thought I would give Toni & Guy a try as my previous haircuts at other salons were alright. I booked with your junior stylist Daniel (£65.00), well what a brilliant haircutI told her what I would like and she did it with confidence and flair, I was so pleased .Next time I booked I thought I would I would try a senior stylist. I give her the same instructions as previously and from there it was downhill,I was asked at least 4 times if the length was alright ,she didnt listen to any of my requests and I ended up looking like a six yr old whose mums friend had cut my hair. Be warned a higher cost of a haircut does not guarantee a better cut!

I love my trips to the hairdresser in normal times and in these times they have become even more essential. I love seeing Michelle and the team although it is not the same. It feels like some special treat and good for my wellbeing. Thank you. I appreciate you all.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a number of years now. It’s really well managed and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The place is spotless and the COVID precautions are taken very seriously and I feel very safe. And of course you get a fantastic haircut! No one can cut my very thick hair and tame it like Toni and Guy stylists!

I love this salon! Michelle is amazing, not just for the way she cuts my hair to perfection but also the way she really understand what kind of cut I want and suits me better

It is so lovely to be greeted as an old friend when you arrive at the salon. As always Michelle takes enormous care over cutting and styling your hair. And it’s even more important to feel pampered with lockdown! I am very happy with the treatment I get at Toni and Guy Clapham which is why I have been going there for ten years!

Everyone and everything was just as amazing as they/it usually is. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Clapham is easily my favourite Toni & Guy. I've been visiting for almost 7 years and Nicole & her wonderful team have made every visit an absolute pleasure! She has put together a team of skilled stylists and colorists that really care about their customers.

Thank you to Jade, who saved my hair and brought it back to life! I asked someone in another salon, not Toni and guy to do a balayage for me, they made my hair orange patchy etc! Jade completely transformed my hair and knew exactly what to do! My hair confidence is back, thank you for having the patience of four hours trying to get it right! I highly recommend them! Booked last minute with trainee stylist Joey and was amazed at the result. Literally the best result I have had in years as no matter what I asked for previously, hairdressers usually gave me a variation of a standard bob. Joey really listened to what was asked and took his time in getting it just right. He was brilliantly supported by trainer Lia, who gave me some great tips for styling at home. All for £25! Absolute bargain. I would happily pay much more and will definitely book Joey again. Thank you.

Just had a brilliant experience with Jade, she is so talented and creative. She's created a great new look for. me. As ever the whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

The lady I had was clearly very inexperienced and really didn't care. For the price you're paying it's horrendous. I won't be going back.

Been getting my hair for by Lia for over a year now. Such a talented and lovely woman as I get bored of my hair quite often and always comes up with such cool cuts. Had a scalp bleach and cut from a medium brown to grey by Anastasia from the advice from the pair and it looks awesome.. thanks so much girls! :)

Had a blow dry by stylist sam she was very nice and gave me the best blow dry as I have a lot of thick hair and also really long, I told her I like it dead straight and that’s exactly what she did.

I always get a good cut and colour here and generally only ever have good things to say about the branch. I only have a small critique today which is after using this branch for 2 years and used T&G for a long time - I overheard a lady talking about discount and enquired found out this is someone I could have been getting discount on. It’s a little frustrating that as a loyal customer no one has ever thought to mention this to me. When the manager realised she said it would be sorted for my next visit - it would have been nice to get an apology too but to be honest everyone was really busy and there were clearly a few new members of staff there today so things seemed stretched.

Sam was lovely, nice fresh cut.
Only thing would have liked to have booked another appointment.

Really happy with my cut and colour. I was disappointed that it cost more than I was quoted and felt it had not been made clear what the final price would be.

I thought I had an appointment with Sam at 9AM but turned up and realised I’d booked for the next week! They managed to fit me in though that day, and I’m so happy that they did because Sam gave me the best cut I’ve had for years. Really happy I splashed out and will definitely be returning. The atmosphere of the salon is warm and inviting with some lovely characters and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Every member of staff is welcoming. I had my hair done today by Anastasia, she cut my hair exactly how I liked it and I am so happy with the results!

I have a bad hair cut. I showed a picture how exactly hair cut I like bob cut style and the lady did not put more effort for a good result and I asked if she can cut a little bit more at the back but she said she can't..I'm really not happy not a good result even my hair color not exactly the color I want poor service! And I pay £190 for bad service
