From the minute you walk in the door you at greeting by friendly reception staff, cut and colour services from Michelle and Jade superb. Salon is spotless and everyone who works here seems happy in their job. Positive vibes. Love the this place.

I've been going to Toni and Guy Clapham for many years, which speaks louder than any words could. Very professional and friendly staff. Very happy with hair after each visit. Michelle is a fabulous stylist, as is Victoria on colour.

I am very pleased with my cut and blow dry with Louissa she listened to what style I wanted and did just as I asked.

Ok but atmosphere & salon not as good as in *****. Stylist seemed very capable & final result good but there was some unnecessary confusion, the appointment took a long time, the junior staff member that washed my hair didn’t seem really well trained & I felt the stylist tried to make out that I was fussy for no real reason. I’ve seen 2 other customers react strongly negatively - One was in tears - in this salon.

Fantastic service. All the staff are warm and welcoming, relaxing hair wash followed by perfect hair cut. The stylist went to great lengths to understand exactly what I was asking for with a gradual change in style.

Have been coming here for years - today I ended up having to bring my 6 year old to watch me have my hair cut and coloured. The staff were so attentive to her as well as me and kept her entertained. Thank you! Great hair and no tantrums from a bored child!

A great visit to Toni and guy Clapham. Louisa cut my hair today and Victoria did my highlights,. The cut was exactly what I asked for and the colour looks amazing as ever ( I could not imagine someone apart from Victoria colouring my hair as she has done this for years). The girl who washed my hair ( unfortunately I am not sure of her name) was so warm and chatty as well, it really made the whole visit very relaxing and enjoyable/ thank you!

Victoria is consistently excellent, she always listens and remembers what I like/need when it comes to my hair. Highly recommend and I’ll continue to have my hair done at T&G even though I’ve now moved 40mins away!

I’ve been coming to this salon for 5 years now. The reason is because of the impeccable service, friendly team, and Jade, who is excellent at colouring hair.

Expected a lot from the Toni&Guy brand but it was sadly a disappointing no frills experience overall.
The staff went out of their way to accomodate me but the finishing touches I have come to expect and appreciate at the salon weren’t there. They only offer tea, coffee or tap water ? this is not the norm these days, there was no massage at the basin, no magazine to read, none of the little treats that make a hair cut, well a treat!
Sadly a very average hair cut and blow dry, despite willing it to be better.; my stylist was very sweet but had no chat and didn’t fill me with confidence.
The receptionist was very professional and friendly and all the girls were lovely and made me feel very welcome, but overall it just wasn’t up to standard and I wouldn’t go back. Sorry!

It’s me again. So after a month of people clapping as I walked past and Superdrug inviting me in to sell hair products just because the cut was so good I noticed the interest slowing down.

So back to see Michelle again and wonders never cease. After the cut the mayor of clapham invited me to turn on the xmas lights. Girls faint in the street, some men as well.

My life is amazing since my hair cut. What a salon, what a Michelle.

Oh the receptionist needs to make a weak tea for me next time I’m in.

Also Yorkshire puddings for the wedding meal are a great idea.

Been a regular with Anastasia for years now and by far the best at colouring my hair. Highlights always spot on and everyone always compliments on my hair once she’s done it. Would never change my hairdresser

Awful hair cut. I have really long hair so I don’t know how it’s been cut all different lengths, really blunt and now I can’t wear it down. Won’t ever be coming to this salon again.

The staff were wonderfully warm and friendly, was not expecting so much but the lovely receptionist Jennifer made me the best cup of coffee I had in long time & made me feel very welcome. Sam is a lovely girl and attentive to detail - a very good hairdresser. The atmosphere was pleasant and cosy. Really nice staff, very pleasant to their customers
