I'm glad I met Lia, now a couple of years back. she is such a professional stylish and I can only trust her and I won't let anyone else to cut my hair.

Salon always clean and has nice atmosphere. Hairdressers really good and I like the reception staff. Friendlier and more helpful than many other salons. Also, good junior staff -- overall, really like this salon. Have been coming for years and find it hard to beat.

I moved to west Wickham. But travel to Clapham junction branch to have my hair done. It has a great atmosphere there and everybody is lovely. And my hair always comes out the way I want.
I've been going there years.

I love going to that salon. Michele and Anastasia are the best. Really happy with their service.

Truly lovely bunch of girls from the lovely reception to the very experienced and the newly qualified. All services first class especially colouring. Very special you won't be disappointed.

She fixed my hair (it had been cut horribly by a lunatic in Parsons Green) and we had an excellent afternoon chatting about life and London! Can't wait for my next appointment! There was no waiting time yesterday and I was shown to a seat immediately.
Jade chatted about my colour and everything happened very efficiently.
I was offered tea coffee water.

I've had my haircut here since I moved to South London in 2011 with the same Stylist. The attention to detail is impressive, and they're always great at making suggestions on style, and listen carefully to the client's descriptions of what they want.

Had my haircut today by Anastasia. So pleased wit it!!

Five long weeks had passed and this customer was struggling with a overly long haircut.

Toni & Guy in Clapham Junction was recommended to me by my friend. We are both black with afro hair. I was warmly welcomed and attended to straight away after being offered a well made latte.

My hair was washed promptly.

Lia explained to me what she was going to do with my Afro hair, how she was going to trim it after blow drying it.

Having straight hair in order to have it trimmed felt odd but the end result was a success. I will certainly return to Toni & Guy and recommend it to my friends.

I've started going to Nicole every since I had to have chemo (she is trained to deal with cancer-based hair issues) she is amazing. This is a delicate time and her personality lends itself perfectly to this issue. She takes her time and understands what I need.

Having been a loyal customer to Toni & Guy Westfield for around 4 years I had two fairly disappointing outcomes (when you have to wait two weeks and use you all forms of shampoo to lighten/deepen etc is not my idea of a good hair colour!)

Yesterday, giving T&G one final go and giving T&G their first go I met Anatasia. Having had a chat with her, been questioned by exactly what 'flat' was (as she rightly pointed out this is different to everyone), pulled up the full range of blondes on google - not just what the colour book gives, and started saying types of blondes I hadn't really considered I realised what a consultation should be. She talked me through the proces, options, realistic time frames etc and produced the most amazing blonde I've had in a year - my partner even commented it was much closer to the colour I was when we met. Great consultation, great stylist, great colour. I have booked my next appointment.
