Sarah was lovely; she was informative, helpful and considerate, and was amazing at explaining the process and the reasoning behind what she was doing (I had my hair highlighted). I love this Tony and Guy, and I have been to many; it's easily the best one!

A skilful and stylish cut from a talented stylist who listens to her client. I travel to Central London especially to have her cut my hair. Professional, well appointed salon too. I look forward to my visits.

I get my blowdry done at least once a fortnight at different places and always satisfied however on this occasion I’m not happy. The ends of my hair had to be smoothened by straighteners which is not what I expect for a blow dry appointment. I have come home and looked at my hair and they look fizzy. I could have done a better job at home with my straighteners. It was indeed a waste of money and time. Lady who did my hair was lovely but not satisfied with the blow dry at all

Andra is exactly what I was looking for in terms of a hairdresser who knew her products and understanding of hair. Her customer service is impeccable: knowledgeable, great advice and not pushy with product selling, wrapped in genuine warmth. Other team members were polite and courteous. Overall, I'm more than satisfied with the result.

I've had my hair cut at Toni & Guy for years now.

The Covent Garden salon is a relatively new place for me as I've been coming here for around a year now. During this time my experience has always been very positive on many levels. I can't really praise enough the quality of work done here, the staff are always very professional, friendly and helpful, just as the salon's manager is. The manager, Tori, will go an extra mile to ensure you always get the best results and experience.

My hair stylist Sam is a truly great guy. His professional skills are simply outstanding as is his passion for his work. Sam is always more than happy to give you some great tips on what style is best for you and he's so easy to chat too.

I'm sure other Toni & Guy Covent Garden salon's customers would share my view that this is a fantastic place to get your hair cut in a spotlessly clean environment and in a very relaxing atmosphere.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for making a haircut such an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Sam, and the rest of the staff are alway friendly and welcoming. I'm somewhat easy going when it comes to the styling of my hair. Sam delivers as always meeting my expectations despite my vague instructions.

As soon as you walk into T&G Covent Garden it's fab; they're all so welcoming, attentive and fun. The hairwash was great, and then Lucy set to work. She's great. She listens intently and always advises, if I ask. We chat easily, and engage with one another.
My experience here is always good and all the staff are fab!

I really love the colour Sarah did for me and my hair feels and looks in such great condition! Fab stylist. I got my hair cut afterwards by a different stylist (not sure of name) and it was the best cut I've ever been given. He really listened to what I asked for-even though it was close to closing time-and I'm so happy with it. Such friendly staff who really listen to what I asked for - thank you!

Ross was amazing. Really talked me through my idea and guided the cut step by step so it was more like a collaboration of ideas. I came out of the salon with a redically different look than that of when I entered and he took the time to make it perfect.

It was my first ever experience colouring my hair and Andra helped me out so much as I was clueless on creative colouring and she was so helpful!!

As always, Sam was wonderful in checking what I wanted, remembering me and how I like to wear my hair and in being so lovely throughout!

Sam is a superb cutter and stylist,he cuts to suit my face and textures my shortcut beautifully.Sam never rushes,he is a perfectionist and has lovely manners.

I booked last minute so was really pleased to get an appointment and I was seen pretty much on time. I only wanted the tiniest amount off the ends but ended up losing a few inches even though I stressed I wanted to keep it long which I wasn't very happy about. I had lots of layers added through and it was blow dried quickly but looked good when I left the salon. Unfortunately though, unless it is blow dried, my hair now looks like its been attacked with a chainsaw. It looks messy and the layers around my face are especially uneven, I felt it was all done in a huge rush and the results reflect this. I felt like what I asked for wasn't heard and he just wanted to do it as quickly as possible, the way he wanted. I have to wear it up because it looks terrible without a blow dry which I don't have time for every day! I understand it needed a cut but I am not happy with how it looks. I like the messy, bed head look but it just looks tragic now, I look like a teenager who has just cut her own hair with blunt scissors. Not pleased that I will have to wear it up for the next few months now. Disappointed because it wasn't cheap and this is Toni & Guy.

Lee did an amazing job colouring my hair and listening to what I liked as well. The result is a great natural glossing colour/ with a balayage which has restored condition and shine as well as lifting the colour.
It looks so much more professional than any of the other salons which I have tried.
I am so pleased with it.
He also has a lovely manner and is thoroughly professional.

I am normally a very difficult customer ? And maybe a little bit too demanding. I am beyond happy with the service and hair colour Balayage done by Andra. I highly recommend her. She understood what I wanted straight away and was super educated on how to best achieve the look with my hair and complexion.
