After receiving horrible service at another branch, Lucy most definitely made up for it! She was friendly, helpful and I felt like I was in great hands. I appreciated how thorough my experience was; from her sitting with me looking through pictures to find a style, to talking me through the entire process as she cut my hair. I had a wonderful time, and have decided to make her my go to hairdresser!

I have been going to Toni & Guy in Covent Garden and having my pre-lighter and toner done by Andra for 8 years.

I'm very fussy when it comes to well most things and the reason I keep going back is because I know Andra is a perfectionist. Every time my hair looks incredible, any advice she has given me to care for my hair I know is genuine and honest and I trust her completely.

The atmosphere in the salon is friendly and I am always extremely well looked after and feel relaxed.

Highly recommended. If you want a fabulous colour by an expert Andra is your lady.

Great team at Covent Garden, always friendly and helpful. As usual iIam Very happy with excellent Hair colour by Lee, and Nancy did a nice haircut for me.

I've previously had my hair butchered and avoided getting my hair cut for a long time afterwards. After telling the stylist this, she made sure I was comfortable, explained and discussed how much she'd take off, and even let me watch as she cut. My hair looks the best it has. Ever., and all the stylists were so pleasant. Only downside is the steep price, but I guess you pay for what you get! I'd definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great experience as always with Matt, he's very skilled, professional and always a pleasure to be around. Overall the experience is always good here too, especially the reception staff, although when it's busy the salon is very noisy and you feel packed in beside other clients. I've noticed that as the salon got smaller and a less pleasant environment the prices have gone up, at £70 for a cut and blow dry you are competing with some places which offers a better designed salon i think. However Matt makes it worthwhile.

So pleased my hair looks so much healthier and shiny.

Perfect haircut - exactky how I wanted. Friendly hairdresser, very skilful and helpful.
But:
For the first time ever I did not have a head massage and mint treatment was applied without asking. I wasn't offered a drink and I wasn't shown a back of my head at the end with the mirror (don't mind this point but I thought I'd let you know)

Excellent as ever

Liked Lucy and really liked her approach to my hair cut- not doing more than needed and leaving me with a fresh look, new bob. She completely understood what I was hoping to achieve. Thanks Lucy!

Unfortunately the staff were very immature and misbehaving. The manager had to tell them off several times while she was cutting my hair. So I didn't feel comfortable.
When I had my hair washed the guy doing it was having a conversation in a foreign language with another member of staff.
I was there for over an hour for a cut and blow dry as they were running late and the whole experience cost nearly £100. I don't think this is good service.
The manager was flustered and clearly embarrassed.

As always Andra was excellent! My hair colour looks so natural and Andra is very efficient paying attention to smallest detail. Strongly recommend her.

Liam is new,but did a beautiful colour job on my hair today, blending the old red hair that I'm growing out with my my natural colour.... not the easiest of jobs! And Abby who cut and styled my hair into a beautiful shape that gave me the happiness and confidence that goes with it! Dream team you two ;) Thankyou x

Sam has cut my hair numerous times over the past couple of years, he is always happy to listen and give me advice on how best to keep my hair tamed in an easy to manage style.

Really liked it, the hairdresser (Abby) did exactly what I wanted and it looks really good. Also got a treatment and my hair is smoother than ever.
Really good experience overall, will definitely recommend.

Always enjoy having my hair cut here, by Sam. He remembers his customers' cutting history and is willing to offer an opinion. Ultimately, I'm always pleased with his work.
