I booked at the last minute but had a fantastic cut and blow dry by Lucy, it was exactly how I wanted it. Thank you so much.

Just want to say how pleased I was with my haircut. She really listened and understood how to cut curly hair and was the only person I know who could make it curly in a hairdressers after cutting. Gold star!

I was served by Abby who did a great job and provided best service. Got it all right. The pre wash and head massage was also terrific!

Abs love the cut! Unfortunately with curly hair, it's hard to blow dry (curly) the way i like it, and was quite frizzy when I left the salon. Had to restyle myself. Overall happy with result though as Hair cut was most important to me.

I had my hair done today by Lee and Sam. Lee has given me the perfect colour and has made my hair feel fabulous. Sam has given me the perfect haircut and it's something I've wanted for so long and I finally have what I want. Fantastic service from start to finish I wouldn't change any of it and I couldn't ask for anything more. Will 100% be returning for my next cut and colour.

Nancy was absolutely phenomenal a genuinely lovely person who seemed sincerely interested in what style I wanted and my ultimate goal. Not only did she give me advice about my hairstyle and general style overall, Nancy made me laugh and was good fun; not something you expect when you go to get your haircut, but lovely all the same!

Matt saved me from an old cut that went wrong in Italy, he was very creative and managed to give me the haircut I wanted, despite the mess he found. A saviour! Clarissa was also a lovely assistant who looked after me really well. Definitely going back to the salon - great staff all round.

This is the second time Michela has cut my hair and again she did a great job. Grazie!

Really loved the results: very natural highlights and a nice light cut too. Dried the the way I like too. Staff were also very accommodating and pleasant.

It's more pricey than other places but the price is worth it for the service and skill.

Went today, Lee did my highlights and he exactly did what I ask him for, the color looks beautiful. Then Matt cut my hair, and I'm very happy with the final result, it looks so much healthier. They are great, 100% recomend them!

Must have been very busy time on Saturday afternoon but had to wait for shampoo, floor and table were with lots of chopped off hair and no one was sweeping.

Nancy is an extremely talented colourist. I went in with a problem and Nancy was able to give me exactly what I wanted! So happy with my result. She provides an honest, knowledgable consultation.

Elle is an experienced and highly skilled stylist I trust and collaborate with.

I love all of the staff at the Covent Garden branch , from reception , the assistants to directors. Never had a bad cut and always get the colour I want . Lee, Andrea - amazing colourists. The best salon around. I think her name was Abi who cut my hair - got it spot on. I've tried other places just to see but always come back. Won't bother going elsewhere in future.

For a long time now i have been getting my hair cut by naiomi and she has been absolutely amazing in cutting my hair. She went on sabbatical leave and recommended michela to cut my hair, i was reluctant as ive always had it cut by naomi without any problems. My first cut with michela and i wasnt very happy with the cut. It was cut way to short for my liking and i only said a trim as it was my first time with a new stylist. Michela was also hesistant and under pressure to fill naomi shoes and she mentioned it herself also. And undercut was done but it was shaven off too much which it wasnt meant to. I think she knew i wasnt very happy with the look.

I had heard great things about Toni & Guy but had been drawn in by other name chains. Having attendedToni & Guy as a walk in, I was fully satisfied with my amazing cut, knowledge of styles and care taken to guarantee I was happy with the end result. I'll be returning as a regular now!

Whenever I come to get my haircut I am always being look after properly...starting from entering the shop.
Lucy my hair dresser is always doing amazing job and on top of that she has really friendly and easy going approach to customer.
I can only recommend and come back for the next appointment.

Excellent good information on different stylists given on website before I arrived and. Poked and when I was there Scott took time to advise and talk about on styling options and hair cut as I was making a radical change and not at all certain as what to do before he cut and styled my hair.

Impressed with Scott. His experience clearly shows. Really nice guy too! Enjoyed the visit and will go back again.

Have never had a bad experience at T&G so this is a first. I asked the stylist for a long graduated bob and we discussed some photos etc but I ended up with a choppy short bob instead. Initially the cut looked like he'd put a bowl over my head till I pointed out I wanted an angular shape, long at the front and short at the back so I could curl occasionally. I then ended up with something very short that doesn't suit my face. I wanted something sassy for my holiday tomorrow but I think I'll be wearing a hat now all the time because I hate it. Also their card machine didn't work bc their wifi didn't work and I had to run out to a cash machine and leave something behind as collateral! Very nice staff though esp receptionist.
