TONI&GUY Covent Garden

Had a lovely experience at T&G today... don't usually enjoy having my hair cut as I find it quite stressful but Nancy was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. The finish is great too!

Fab hair cut last week. I have had 3 different members of staff style my hair over past year and they are all amazing stylists. Seriously would never think to go anywhere else!

Friendly, clean and professional, would recommend and return ?

When designing a salon, they need to have separate room for blow drying. Listening to the noise of 4 hair dryers at the same time for 2 hours during my colour and cut was exhausting. Not a relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent as always. Lee is amazing and I realy liked Lucy who I met for the first time.

Just had a great haircut by Michaela - I felt that she really listened to what I wanted and also made good suggestions and was both professional and friendly. I would recommend both her and the salon most highly.

A really classy cut from a skilled stylist as always. I make a long journey to visit this salon; it's worth it.

Turned up on the day, no appointment booked. Friendly receptionist booked me in later the day at the time I asked for. Procedure was well explained and carried out to perfection, really great atmosphere and friendly staff! Would definitely recommend to friends and will go next time I'm in London!

Stylist was nice enough, just THE blow dry was mediocre and did not hold.

Scott and Lee are always amazing!! Always a good friendly chat but most trusted with my hair!! Always love my cuts from Scott and amazing colour works from Lee!!

I have been going to the salon for the last 2 years once a month and every single time it has been amazing. I have been looked after by Tori (haircut) and Andra (creative colour) and they've both managed to convince me to:

1) adjust my haircut
2) change my hair colour

Both changes were much needed and I had been completely blind! My hair is now in amazing condition, in a style that complements my face and with a colour that gives the hair vibrancy and that complements the style in which it is cut.

A special shoutout goes also to the rest of the staff : the receptionists are always a lovely as are the ladies and gents who help with washing heads

I highly recommend Toni&Guy hair salon and stylists Abby and Scott.

This was my second appointment with Elle - she does such a gorgeous job. Always listens to just what you want and delivers a beautiful hair cut both technique and finish.

I was seen on time, my hair cut beautifully as usual by Lucy and received a friendly welcome from the receptionist. Great service, great cut.

It's my seasonal fix. Always a fab haircut. Lovely staff and it's perfect for a shopping spree afterwards. Already looking forward to my next cut.

I have been going to Toni & Guy for years, following Tori Markham around the various salons she has worked at, and, as usual, got a brilliant haircut in a very friendly atmosphere. I'll be back........

Yesterday I went to Tony and Guy Westfield and had a full head of highlights done. Unfortunately, as much as the customer service was good it was nothing like what I asked for and I was very upset as I have a shoot to go to in Paris in a few days. I got referred to Tony and Guys Covent Garden and I had Lee who was so lovely and very welcoming. He was supportive and listened to what happened and how I originally wanted it. He was very specific with what he was going to do and gave me a step by step process, which I really appreciated. When I saw the finished result I was very pleased with the way it looked.

Overall, he did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Lee and your store to all of my friends and family.

As ever, Sam was outstandingly attentive and determined to provide what the customer was hoping to see realised. He has flair, originality and superb technical mastery.

Being my first cut in london, Lucy from Toni & Guy Covent Garden is the best choice among all. She cuts fast, experienced, and the style she made for me is way more than i expected! I love it so much! I will only let her do my hair from now on...!

The person who washed my hair made it so soft and smooth and as she did it,it felt like a massage!
I asked the hair dresser to do anything nice to my hair. She made it shorter and perfectly in line with a nice shape.????

Great service attentive staff and best of all a great haircut from Tori. She's been cutting my hair for years and she's insightful and has great judgment on face shape / hairstyle and can make really subtle changes which make a big difference. Highly recommended!

I usually have my hair cut by Sam, he is friendly and professional and always gets it spot on. I trust the staff here and will keep coming back :)

My hairstylist has been Abby. I am very happy with both the haircut and the experience. Abby was patient and kind and she put a lot of care into my haircut. It looks exactly as I wanted it. My hair looks great now even when I style it at home.

As always Lee doesn't an amazing job colouring my hair, always listens to what I want and works with he to have a clear plan on my colour direction. Lucy does a great haircut too.

Service from both the hairdresser and the lady who washed my hair was rushed and uncomfortable. I was even told that they were trying to squeeze someone in after me. The haircut itself took less time than any other I've had and looked messy and uneven. I told my hairdresser it seemed uneven at the back and she agreed and cut one strand, but unfortunately the overall look was not what I had asked for. I feel this would have been less likely to happen if it wasn't rushed. I'm afraid I didn't say that I was unhappy as by that point I preferred to leave. Will stick with my local Toni and guy rather than return to this one.

I had a very nice experience and was assigned to Ross, someone who understands Asian hair. Absolutely love the results.

Delighted with cut and colour. Lee and Michela could not have been more helpful or friendly.
