Great level of Hygiene, amazing haircut and service

The haircut took about 25 mins
I am ok with it though was surprised that it was £85, a lot more than my previous cut which took longer and felt of more value.

Great highlights as usual from Andra, couldn’t ask for a more helpful and friendly stylist. I always look forward to seeing her

This was my first time at the salon, really nice staff and I had a really good stylist who knew exactly what I wanted and advised me accordingly. This is the first time in years I have walked out of a salon liking my hair! Thank you.

All hairdressers that I’ve been to would really struggle to execute the kind of cut that I want which is short pixie-cut because of how thick my hair is. But Lucy meticulously cut the kind of transition that I want for my hair. So, if you’re looking for someone, especially those who haven’t tried pixie but is afraid, Lucy is the best person to go.

This was my first time visiting this salon as I currently live in Glasgow but moving to London the end of the year and wanted to find a good salon to get my hair done, Ayse was so lovely and welcoming and gave me exactly what I needed and more. Overall great service by all staff.

Wonderful experience - especially during this time (COVID-19) I felt so safe and well looked after - customers were distanced, everything thoroughly sanitised. Lucy is so bright and bubbly, gives a great chat and really listens to what you want - checks in with you throughout your cut! Couldn’t recommend better service.

The procedures to deal with the social distancing rules were well handled. The haircut was really good and being walked through the haircut was helpful too. Good conversation and advice with my hair. Overall 10/10.

Friendly, and gave clear instructions around how to navigate PPE etc. Liked the haircut, I was feeling a little indecisive, but was guided to a style that suits my needs and desires (less weight/ manageable hair).

So happy to be back for a haircut after 4 month felt very welcome safe and well cared for in every way . And my haircut was fabulous Thank you !!!

A great cut and colour

Great results for cut by Sam and colour by Sarah. Mask available if you arrive without one. Social distancing adhered to but service provided not compromised at all. I'm fact it felt very relaxed.

I am a loyal customer of T&G. Have been visiting the salon on a monthly basis for about 10 years. Can not fault service, professionalism and quality of the people that work within the salon.
I need to express my concern in regards to the price increase after the reopening. I have never experienced a 40£ increase before and although I could have understood and supported a slight increase... this is shocking and disappointing.!!
Real pity!

Elle spent three hours transforming my hair which had not been done since November. She gave me the most beautiful balayage and bouncy blow dry. Very happy!

I had one of the best colours of my life thanks to Siobhan. Elle did a good bob but it’s flipping up a bit at the back while I wantEd it to curl inwards. I had a better bob at another Tony Guy salon but overall I’m very happy with my hair. Feeling normal again after the lockdown. I think prices are higher than usual though.

Really wonderful consultation and restyle, lots of advice and I left knowing how to style it myself. Can’t wait for it to grow so I can come back.

Today, was my first time being back at the salon since the UK entered lockdown back in March and it was honestly, the best day I have had in months! I had an appointment to have my hair cut with Elle and from the moment I walked into the salon, it felt like no time had passed. As always, Elle did a phenomenal job of cutting and styling my hair and making me feel beautiful! The quality of her work is just amazing and I would highly recommend Elle to anyone looking to have their hair cut. She is always so kind, courteous, professional and welcoming and she makes visiting the salon a pleasure! I am so excited to be back and everyone at the salon is just amazing.... always there to welcome me with a kind smile! Thank you to everyone for always doing such an amazing job!

Very impressed with Covent Garden and the team for how well they have implemented safety measures for reopening after lockdown. They have done it in a way that is super safe yet doesn’t take away from the atmosphere you expect from CG Toni & Guy. Done in a warm and elegant way, so the salon doesn’t become cold and clinical. Part of choosing T&G Covent Garden was it’s well designed interiors and the atmosphere it created. Furthermore, I must say that Lucy was exceptional, still providing her usual very high standards of professionalism with that warm
personable approach. My haircut was perfect and on point as always even considering all the new obstacles Lucy would have been dealing with. Until next time... A+

Sam beautifully and stylishly resurrected my dull, dry, outgrown hair from its lockdown ‘trauma’! He was really professional, talked to me about what he was proposing to do and most importantly asked me about my opinion and listened to what I wanted to achieve from the ‘treatment’. 100% recommend his services!
