Kun was great he styled my hair well and gave great advice on doing it myself as I have very fine hair that won’t hold curls. I’ll be back for my next cut. Happy to travel from Liverpool to see Kun

Gerald cut my hair today and not only did he do an excellent job but also gave me a fresh new look. The COVID-19 safety measure the salon has in place are to an extremely high standard allowing customers to feel safe and protected at all times whilst also enjoying the experience.

Fantastic visit . So very pleased with the colour, cut and finish. Really listened to my preferences and managed to offer some great advice and treatment on my thick and dry curly hair. Everyone was professional and welcoming , loved my visit and end result .

It was very kind of Toni & Guys to do something nice for NHS staff, which is deeply appreciated. Their service was impeccable, they were very efficient & well equipped with their hygiene standards for their customers. I had a very positive experience, the atmosphere was very relaxing, my hairstylist Mateo was very friendly, attentive & highlighted my hair problems & recommended solutions to fix it. He produced the result of what I wanted and I am very happy with the results. It felt so good to finally have my post lockdown haircut. Thank you Nateo & Toni & Guy.

I’ve always looked forward to my haircut every time and the people at Toni&Guy Long Acre were like a beacon of hope! It was just what I need during this time and Jiyoung was great as usual. It was quite an interesting experience and the staff were very much prepared to deal with the current situation, very top notch. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Everything on time. TG Cov Gdn Salon calm and organised. Again made v welcome & sited in the colouring area of the Salon. Richard quickly & expertly gave me gorgeous beach blonde highlights. Finished with a beautiful blow Frey from a very competent & talented assistant. Already had loads of lovely compliments! Well chuffed! :-)

This was my first time receiving haircut, and although I knew the high standard here I was highly impressed by the quality for the haircut. Stylist Jiyoung understood my concern and provided me with the best style that I had in mind. Also, the atmosphere was very friendly and I could realise the hygiene was seriously taken care of. I felt safe receiving service here despite Covid impact.

Really pleased with my cut and colour. Good to see Gerard again and very well organised.

**** welcomed me with a great smile. He was very quiet. Only asked what i do & where i work, than went quiet for 35min. Only one point, he needs to be mindful when blow drying client hair... he had the heated blow dryer on my ear... at one point i thought it was going to burn. Overall he is great stylist.... Definitely will use him again but with better space... so he can maneuver around

The salon dealt with the Covid19 safety measures brilliantly. Everywhere was super clean, and Jiyoung worked in a space designated just for her , with two chairs. Each one was thoroughly cleaned after each client, so was the sink area where my hair was washed. Glass screens separate clients from each other and everyone gets their own disposable PPE kit to use whilst in the salon. Jiyoung gave me a great haircut as always!!

Great result as usual, despite unusual circumstances. Felt safe and reassured by all precautions taken by the saloon.

1st post lockdown haircut at TG Cov Gdn. OMG - FABULOUS! Richard & reception made me feel very welcome & explained the new hygiene procedures. The salon was squeaky clean & I was made very comfortable. Sanja worked her magic round my face mask & presicion cut my ratty lockdown hair beautifully! I feel fantastic. Back next week for Richard to do my colour. A brilliant first visit ?x

Gerald is an excellent stylist, he is attentive, professional and did exactly what I asked for.. Best haircut and colour I have ever had. Would 100% recommend him.

Richard was lovely and he sat me down, spoke to me about what I wanted. Gave me an indication that I wanted to go darker. Welcoming nature of all staff. I love the laughs from the team, made me feel so comfortable. Mathies did my cut so stunningly. Love the whole look and thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great to be back in the salon. They’ve managed to strike the right balance between the necessary Covid measures and normality. Whilst the process felt very safe and well thought through, it also felt like the much needed pampering I’ve been craving. Richard as ever has my hair looking phenomenal and I feel like my old self. I travel half way across the country for him- no one else gets it right like he does. Never move abroad, it’ll cost me a fortune to get my roots done.

Jiyoung gave me a lovely haircut! And i was given a lovely cup of tea on a tray with a little jug of milk.. wonderful!

Gerald is an artist. He knows a lot of technical things, and is very talented with expressing his creativity that fits your desired profile scope. A true pro.

Jiyoung and the team were excellent and I'll certainly be coming back to long acre. I decided I wanted a slightly shorter cut the day after and they were happy to accommodate which was fantastic. Great service.

The guy who did my hair was polite, professional and had excellent music taste. I left the salon feeling sexier than nick carters 90's blonde bowl head cut. But the sexiest thing about my experience, was definitely the blue eyed receptionist with the shit singing voice. Hopefully SIA soon
