Not satisfied, wasted money

I usually do not do haircuts in London, and so went to Toni&Guy because I did not want to risk getting a bad haircut.
I ended up getting exactly that. Not only the master did nearly no cutting, but also had no idea of how the texture of the hair works (started to blow dry my hair backwards with a comb, and I looked like Elvis Presley!)
We had to wash the head again and I HAD TO SHOW THE MASTER how to style the hair.
Finally, I have no idea what have I paid 50£ for, because nearly no cutting was done. I was telling that the hair seem to still be suspiciously long, but the master said it’s ok and once I wash them with my shampoo, everything will be fine.
Well, I have washed them, and nothing is fine. 50£ wasted.
