im sorry to hear that you are not happy with your service. we aim to provid the best customer service and im sorry that we didnt get it right for you this time.
when you visited us on 1st june you where charged for a blow dry and not a hair cut, this was the convesation that you saw at the desk and was not them try to conspire against you, it was the stylist telling the receptionist not to charge you for a hair cut.
we do not charge clients again if they are unhappy with a hair cut, if they return within a 2 weeks of the 1st appointment, but as it
was nearly 7 weeks since your 1st appointment this is why you where charged £50 for a blowdry.
when you came in to the salon the friday after your 1st appointment, the stylist that spoke to you advised you that she didnt have time to do it for you right then but if you could come back later she could book you an appointment and she would happily do it for you, or if you where happy for the stylist who initialy cut it to redo it this may be better as she was not aware of what you had discussed in your first consultation.
