When arriving, I appreciated the manager’s efficiency regarding my appointment arrangement. That was a first good impression. But the best part is that I was amazed by my haircut. Gerald is extraordinary and remarkably talented. I was worried my hair wouldn’t have a solution but the result was formidable. I have had very good stylists in my life but honestly he is outstanding. Moreover, he has an excellent sense of service and contact. I was very impressed by his personality, natural and professional at the same time. It made my day I am happy again.

When I booked the appointment I’d explained to the stylist what I wanted in detail. Three weeks later turned up due my appointment and was told there wasn’t enough time to do the colour treatment I thought I’d booked for. Was offer an unsatisfactory alternative. The stylist was condescending when she spoke to me, and refused when I asked to speak to the manager. At one point she tried to say it was my own fault beca I was five minutes late - without mentioning the 10 mins I’d been left sitting around. I walked out. Awful experience.

From the minute you walk in to the Long Acre branch of Toni & Guy, everyone you meet there is really warm friendly, and very helpful. I discovered Jiyoung a few months ago - she’s lovely and cuts my hair better than anyone else I’ve ever been to. She really listens to what I ask for, makes very helpful suggestions and cuts it exactly the way I have asked. And I’ve had lots of compliments about my hair since I’ve been going to her!

Louis has been my hairdresser for three years and I will honestly follow him wherever he goes. The man is actually a GOD when it comes to cutting and styling! He has helped me reinvent my hair, getting it longer, healthier and the perfect colour. He makes me feel so beautiful everytime he works his magic. He remembers everything about his clients, takes and interest and makes me laugh so much when we have a good gossip whilst he is snipping away. The salon is clean, the people are so friendly, they all remember you and chat to you and make you feel like you are royalty. Such a lovely environment and no matter where I live, I will travel to the ends of the earth to have louis do my hair!

An experience of contrasts. Great colour technician & end finish. Basin/wash & blow dry experience not so good. Felt my scalp was being pummelled like bread dough!
