I came to Josie back in August she talked me through everything made me feel comfortable and at ease leaving my hair in her hands she’s been working so hard with my original box dye dark brown hair and its taken under 6 months with 3 appointments and she’s done magic in transforming my very dark hair to a bright luxurious blonde I’m in love! Absolutely love the autumn/winter colour combination Kate has been doing on my blonde hair the last couple of visits. Kate has been doing my hair for about 8 years, is a great colourist, honest and tells me what colours and styles will work and what to consider. I'm pretty rubbish at choosing colours but my current mid blonde and copper look gives me warmth on these chilly days. Thanks Kate!

As always, excellent cut and colour. I’m allergic to hair dye and such care is always taken when using foils and washing it off (thank you to the woman who did that too and sorry I can’t remember your name). It’s always a great atmosphere, really welcoming, friendly and very professional. Have been coming to Jam Hair for about 10 years and will continue. Happy with all aspects. Thank you Louise.

Louise offered a professional and friendly service, the apprentice performed a relaxing head massage alongside washing my hair, I enjoyed a hot drink and was very pleased with how great my hair looked.
