It’s always daunting trying a new hairdresser but from the start I felt comfortable and at ease. Lacey came across confident and this made me feel I was going to be happy with my hair. Absolutely loved the end result, new vibrant colour and restyle.

Kate is fantastic. She makes the best hair styles. It is not only affordable but also is amazing. The hair cut salon uses a dcellent hair products , immaculate massages , and also the appointments start on time . From the heart I give many thanks . I highly recommend it!

I can't recommend JAM Hair highly enough because I've been going there since it opened over a decade ago, and it's always been brilliant. And I'm so glad they are still taking Covid seriously - providing great, safe service. It's somewhere I'm always very happy to recommend.

I am very disappointed after my treatment today. The last few times I have been to the salon I have felt that way. I started colouring my hair myself as I was getting better results than in the salon. I had cut my hair myself but needed it tidied so changed stylist and came to Katy. The cut was great and she evened it all up so no complaints there. I wasn't impressed with the finish I was given, my hair was dried but it looked limp and lifeless, flat to my head. I came home and had to style it myself to see if I liked it. There is no way I could've gone out with it as it was. I was called before my appointment to see if I could come in early as her other clients colour was due off in the middle if my treatment so I suspect it was rushed due to this.
The increased prices do not reflect the results I have experienced recently. The last time I felt I had got what I wanted was when Julie did it. Sadly I just feel there have been too many time s I've been left disappointed to return to the salon.

Louise gave good advice about whether to cut my hair shorter or not . Very pleased with the result .
