All members of staff were lovely, very welcoming, all engaged in conversations. All stations were being sanitised after use, masks were being worn and clients were spaced out throughout the salon. I would highly recommend JAM HAIR to anyone

My first visit and I was really pleased with the cut and blow dry by Josie. She's a lovely lady and made me feel really comfortable. She understood exactly what I wanted. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. The salon also demonstrated good covid safe practices.

I was a bit worried about going to a hairdresser after so long in lockdown and with shielding etc but I bent have worried - with all their new procedures, I felt safer than I have felt in any public space for the past 5 months. Kate is absolutely excellent with colour and we've successfully eradicated the raggles and greys. I look like me again. Thank you.

Fabulous - highly recommend. The stylists all wear visors and social distancing between customers is observed. My stylist was friendly and professional, she understood what I wanted and also made some recommendations without being pushy. I went withsheer recommendation to put a few layers in, which was new to me. I'm so glad I did as it really softens my features. Love my new style - THANK YOU!!

I’ve been visiting Jam Hair regularly for 2 years now and the team is always welcoming, friendly and very professional. I had my first haircut since lockdown yesterday win Josie and she was brilliant as always. I told her that I’d like to grow my hair and she gave me some great recommendation about how we could style it once I get to the length that I want! Thank you ladies, keep up with the great work :)

I was reluctant to get a well needed hair cut as a result of the pandemic, but decided I needed a pick me up and booked an appointment online. I found the website instructions to be very clear with regards to social distancing and enhanced cleaning procedures in place. Upon arrival at the salon, I was not disappointed! Everything possible was being done to ensure the safety of both patrons and employees. Not to mention the excellent hair cut from Louise! Jam Hair never disappoints.

Went today for first visit after lockdown for highlights. Saw my stylist Tori who is lovely, shame she is leaving but wish her well in her new adventures Highlights lovely as always. They are all a lovely bunch of girls, so friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to JAM hair since Jacqui opened and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Louise is a brilliant cutter, colourist and stylist. She always listens to what I want and never fails me. Perfect service all round.

This was my first cut since covid struck. I really appreciate the measures Jam have put jn place to make this as safe as possible. PPE and masks, social distancing, tweaked services and processes, and staggered appointment times have all helped to make this experience non-stressful and most importantly, safe. Louise, as ever, is a delight. She just knows what she's doing and I always leave feeling so much better that when I walked in. Thank you!

I had Kate do my hair today for the first time, and she did my hair exactly how I like it. She was very friendly and professional. The use of visors and face masks did not make it an uncomfortable experience.
