It was fantastic to be back at JAM Hair today. Opening on a Sunday shows total dedication to your clients. I have certainly missed you. Thank you for putting in place all the social distancing measures to keep everyone safe.

I wasn’t sure what to expect going back to the hairdresser but Kate was at the door to welcome me when I arrived. She did a great job of cutting my hair and as usual was great to talk to while she did it.

After months of shielding I was apprehensive venturing out but Lacey and Louise soon put me at ease.

My first haircut since 23January. My hair was thoughtfully styled and cut by the stylist, who coped very well with almost 6 months of hair growth.

It was good to be back at the salon. Everything went smoothly. Kate did a good job on my hair and I now have a pre lockdown colour again. The new flooring looks lovely, very upmarket.

Katie cut and coloured my hair today and she’s done a brilliant job. She’s so chatty and social it was lovely to talk to her. It was nice to be in the salon again and I really enjoyed the hair wash and head massage.

Was so nice to finally get my haircut after 5 months. Thanks Kate xx

Josie cut and coloured my hair beautifully again. I enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the salon, the conversation with Josie and Katie, the hair wash and head massage and the endless cups of tea. It was a lovely way to spend a morning!

What a lovely salon we were introduced to a lovely lady called Josie who was going to colour my daughter's hair she talked us through all the process of the balayage colour , did a bleach test etc & was really attentive to my daughters concerns , on the day my daughter felt really special by the staff they made a fuss of her & the results were amazing she is soooooo happy with the colour thank you Josie you did an amazing job & we will be singing your praises we will defo be back !! HAPPY NEW YEAR GIRLS XX

This was my first visit in this salon. From the very beginning I felt like a VIP. All nice, smiling and very professional.
I received delicious coffee, relaxing hair washing with a head massage and finally a beautiful hairstyle. Louise G conjured my head full of hair. I had long, thin hair which I wanted cut shorter. The hairstyle is amazing. I've never had so much hair before. In the morning, I just wash my hair and leave it to dry naturally. I don't have to do anything because the hair is styled as I wanted.
Thank you, Louise G. You are amazing. I will definitely come back to you.
