JAM HAIR

I was reluctant to get a well needed hair cut as a result of the pandemic, but decided I needed a pick me up and booked an appointment online. I found the website instructions to be very clear with regards to social distancing and enhanced cleaning procedures in place. Upon arrival at the salon, I was not disappointed! Everything possible was being done to ensure the safety of both patrons and employees. Not to mention the excellent hair cut from Louise! Jam Hair never disappoints.

Went today for first visit after lockdown for highlights. Saw my stylist Tori who is lovely, shame she is leaving but wish her well in her new adventures Highlights lovely as always. They are all a lovely bunch of girls, so friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to JAM hair since Jacqui opened and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Louise is a brilliant cutter, colourist and stylist. She always listens to what I want and never fails me. Perfect service all round.

Friendly and professional as always. Dealing with all the current restrictions with apparent ease - although I am sure there is loads of extra work behind the scenes. Really appreciated.

Josie took all my requests in her stride & subsequently, I had a relaxing time In her very capable hands after 5 months of no hair treatment lockdown!
The result of Josie’s colouring & cutting experience & expertise put me in a very happy place & I shall look forward to returning in 6 weeks time!

Fantastic as always

This was my first cut since covid struck. I really appreciate the measures Jam have put jn place to make this as safe as possible. PPE and masks, social distancing, tweaked services and processes, and staggered appointment times have all helped to make this experience non-stressful and most importantly, safe. Louise, as ever, is a delight. She just knows what she's doing and I always leave feeling so much better that when I walked in. Thank you!

I had Kate do my hair today for the first time, and she did my hair exactly how I like it. She was very friendly and professional. The use of visors and face masks did not make it an uncomfortable experience.

It was fantastic to be back at JAM Hair today. Opening on a Sunday shows total dedication to your clients. I have certainly missed you. Thank you for putting in place all the social distancing measures to keep everyone safe.

My first haircut since 23January. My hair was thoughtfully styled and cut by the stylist, who coped very well with almost 6 months of hair growth.

It was good to be back at the salon. Everything went smoothly. Kate did a good job on my hair and I now have a pre lockdown colour again. The new flooring looks lovely, very upmarket.

Katie cut and coloured my hair today and she’s done a brilliant job. She’s so chatty and social it was lovely to talk to her. It was nice to be in the salon again and I really enjoyed the hair wash and head massage.

It’s been a while since I’ve come to Jam but was instantly made comfortable and Julie was great. Loved how she understood immediately what I wanted and the conversation was also lively and fun. Great place. :-)
