About us

Our experienced hair stylists are highly trained in colour and cutting, our philosophy is to ensure that all of our clients are provided with a beautiful hair-service experience.

We want our customers to feel relaxed in our salon, like part of the JAM family.

We offer a range of fantastic services, from a cut/finish, restyles, colour services including Balayage, men’s cuts, Brazilian blow dries, hair extentions and luxury hair treatments to keep your hair in tip-top condition

Home care is just as important, at JAM we use Keune and Beauty Works. We also have products for our clients who prefer Vegan-friendly.

Jam Hair has won many awards like best of Croydon, Salon of the Year in the Southeast, Highly commended for ‘Customer service and 1st place for the independent retailer of the year’ at The ‘Croydon Business Excellence awards.

Jam Hair is especially proud to have been a finalist in the prestigious British Hairdressing awards as Salon of the Year twice between the years of 2015 and 2016. In 2019 we won Surrey Salon Hair award for best salon team.

Haven’t been to this salon before but will definitely be back! Tori made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted and throughout the cut made sure that I was getting exactly what I was asking for. ***** was lovely and was happy to accommodate everything I asked for..however I had booked for a curly blow dry.. not 2 hours later all the curl has dropped out and I am off to wedding looking as if nothing has been done. She even used ghds to emphasis curls . So disappointed not to mention waste of money. Last time I go to a local salon for big event.

So sorry that you were disappointed with your blow dry. I do know you came back and we used the ghds to re-curl it and that obviously dropped out as well. I can only presume that maybe the conditioner we used was too conditioning but totally understand your frustration especially as you wanted it to look great for the wedding. Kate is super talented and friendly! Her ability to colour and cut my hair as well as do my extensions all in one sitting makes it super convenient and their location is fab! Has saved me lots of time and also the colour match and quality of the extensions are perfect! Also staff were really accommodating, booking the appointment and accepting my deposit online while I was abroad via lots of emails back and forth. Their customer service is great. Will definitely be coming back :)
