Louise took the time to ask if I was pleased with my colour and cut from my last appointment. She listened carefully as to how I would like my hair cut today, offering thoughtful suggestions of ideas.

First time i had a cut done here. Wouldnt say wow but was ok. I had to tell the stylist how to cut. Then finally got the result! However looking at it a day after it still isnt what i wanted.

Loved how she transformed my hair, up to my expectations couldn’t ask for a more beautiful colour but I paid more than I even did anywhere and when I went home I realised I was full of stains all over my neck/cheeks/ears and the worst of all was a squared stain on my forehead (which I had mentioned to her) very visible and is not going away. You would expect that you pay a lot and the care you receive, not only the colour done, it’s up to the standard but unfortunately it wasn’t for me and if it wasn’t for the amazing colour I’m not sure I would come back.
This said I will definitely give a second chance but I’m not very happy about it.

I had my hair done for the first time at Jam hair, and what a lovely experience it was, I was kindly greeted, and it was a 5* experience the whole way through. I had Tori do my hair and she was very professional and friendly, she did exactly what I asked for and blow dried my hair beautifully. Will definitely be returning!

Really happy with my curly bouncy blow dry. Will definitely be coming back. Wish the price was a little cheaper so can have it done more often.

It was my first visit at Jam Hair and my first impressions were good. I was pleased with the atmosphere at the salon - everybody was friendly and courteous. Julie did an amazing job with my hair, which I had layered and blowed dried. She also advised on the best fringe length to suit my face and hair thickness, and I was very pleased with the result. And she had a lovely smile in her face all the way through my visit. I will definitely come back.

I recently had my hair cut by a new stylist for me as Lacey my regular hairdresser has left for maternity leave.
I had *****, and as much as she was lovely, I am not happy with the cut leaving me with an uneven finish.
I am considering trying a new salon until Lacey returns.

Kate, provides a wonderful caring sensitivity to what could have been a traumatic event for me as I had a very short haircut as I am having chemo and losing hair. I left with a great very short style which makes me feel great and positive .. with much appreciation

Going for such a big change (I donated 12 inches) I was a little apprehensive, but the minute I spoke to Kate about what I wanted I felt I’m very safe hands! The whole atmosphere of the salon was lovely, as was every part of my restyle. I am over the moon with the result and will be back!

My colour with Lacey was fantastic. Still loving it so much 3 weeks later. She really made the colour pop on my balayage highlights and created just the look I wanted then cut my hair to compliment the new colour. Wouldn’t go to anyone else now to do my hair.

I was in search for a long time, for a nice hair dressers, as my previous stylist moved out of the country. Visited JAM and Josie senior stylist discussed in detailed on my preference and shared few suggestions. It really worked well and I am very happy with my new hair cut. Thank you Josie.

Absolutely lovely hairdressers staff at le super friendly and always make you feel welcome. Lacey has always coloured and cut my hair she is a fantastic stylist, very attentive and knows which style suits me.

Louise suggested the best colour and it looked lovely when dried. My hair cut was exactly how I wanted it and Louise listened to how I would like it and how much off the bottom. I could have fallen asleep with the relaxing hair wash and head massage.
I would highly recommend Jam.

I have lost few strands of my hair extensions and the other salons wouldn't want to bother but Kate retaped it despite on I done it abroad and she didn't know what was the brand.
