Louise has been cutting my hair for several years and always does it very well. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, polite and helpful and the salon is warm, clean and tidy. Their timing is excellent as well- I never have to wait.

Really enjoyed my visit to Jam Hair today. Very relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I’m always nervous about getting my hair cut but all the ladies were really kind and positive and did exactly what I wanted. Really happy and will visit again. Thanks team.

Katy B always goes above and beyond for me, she knows exactly what I want and how to achieve it. He cut and colour skills are exceptional and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I tried so many hair salons and fell across this one just before my wedding day when my previous salon let me down and I have not looked back since !

I have been going a while now. Always a pleasant experience. The ladies are all lovey and the new coffee machine is fab??

I permanently changed hairdressers to Jam because the staff and stylists are talented, professional and wonderfully welcoming. My partner has now moved over the Jam too. I'd say you can feel confident of being looked after and walking away with the cut you went in for.

Had Josie for colour and one of the Katies (tall red hair) for cut. Both excellent. But The young lady (blonde hair)who washed my hair was very thorough and made sure the back of my neck and behind ears was dry !!

I have used JamHair almost since the day the salon opened. That says it all. Consistently excellent.

Short hair can be difficult for some. Louise listened to me and took time to understand my hair. I'm so happy I've finally found my new hairdresser

Excellent as always. Kate has done another amazing job with my hair. She is always cheery, yet professional. And has the patients of a saint colouring my hair while not letting any colour touch my head due to allergic reaction. All the staff are warm and friendly. Highly recommend.

Met the lovely trainee who cut my hair. She washed my hair wonderfully and has a lovely nature however, I felt that she struggled to cut my hair the way I had envisioned but she tried. her best. The style looks lovely from the front but its uneven from the back which is disappointing and not as I had hoped it would look like.

I am very happy with my hair after Kate used her expertise as always . Enjoyed my visit great friendly professional team. Thank you all . Diana

Amazing stylists and a friendly atmosphere, not at all intimidating like other salons I have been to. I have been a regular customer for 15 years and I have always been super happy with how my hair has turned out! 10/10 would recommend.
