My result only looks good if I wear curly or wavy hair, but if I straighten my hair, it shows that the job is not well done.

As it was my first appointment here she took time to talk to me about my colour and listened to me. The result was great. The reception staff are particularly friendly and helpful.
It’s just more expensive than I’ve been used to (I used to live in Nottingham).

Kate always takes a great deal of trouble. She frequently consults me as to if she is doing what I would like. She knows how I like my haircut and she leaves me entirely satisfied.

I have been a client of Jam Hair almost since the salon was opened over 15 years ago. My hair is not easy to manage, and with the onset of hair loss, Jacqui supported me through all the ensuing problems. Through Jacqui I was introduced to a specialist hair stylist who provides a service with "Hair Systems". For the past year Jacqui has been supporting me with visits to the salon. In between the visits she has been maintaining my hair and correcting any problems that have arisen.
I could not have got through all of this without her and I would recommend her services to anyone who has a similar hair loss problem.

Jacqui has suggested in the past that I should try a #1 cut all over (my hair is in fast retreat!) and now that I've switched to it I think it looks so much better. And Jacqui and her team are lovely people who always cheer me up.

It’s the first time I’ve had my hair cut by Kate and I love it. She really is very good. She really listens to what you want to achieve and takes time to explain what is possible and how to make a plan to reach the desired goal.

I got my 5 year old’s hair cut by Josie today - she is wonderful and always love the way she cuts my daughter’s hair.We are regulars at Jam Hair and even though we are moving away from this area, I will drive all the way into Sanderstead to get my daughter’s haircut with Josie. Honestly one the best cuts I've had in a long time. Air-conditioned salon nice place . The Sylist Kate was friendly & made feel at ease, she has achieved a fantastic result. Which I'm extremely happy with.

I came in a panic, as fringe was not good by another hairdresser. Receptionist was very nice and went to ask I'd a stylist could see me and Katy B came and sorted out my fringe. I was very grateful.

As always, Louise gave me a first class service, an excellent cut and blow dry and a personal experience.

I can't rate Jam Hair - and Josie in particular - highly enough! I get treated like a queen here, and everyone is so knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. My hair always looks incredible when I walk out the door afterwards.

Staff attentive and professional. Person washing hair did not ask me about the water temperature… it was slightly hot but ok
