This was the second time Fred has cut my hair and just like the first time, it was perfect. Fred builds a great rapport with his clients, understands them and their personality, which helps him understand their hairdressing needs in greater detail. Jo is an amazing hairdressers-so much so that I've followed her around salons for several years. I trust her completely with my cut & colour. She does what's right for my hair and manages to cuts my fine hair so it looks it's best!

From my initial patch test to getting a total transformation today I have received excellent service all the way. Totally professional whilst keeping it friendly, they listened to what I wanted and reassured me about the colour and the cut. Most of you will agree that having your hair done is quite an intimate thing. After a few years of growing my hair, I wanted a more drastic change and I knew this was the place to go. I had a vision and an idea of an effect I wanted to achieve, Fred discussed with me the length and what would work. We made some adjustments on the way. The result? Better than what I had envisioned!
Now, there are two things you need to know:
1. I have very fine hair - there's nothing to go crazy with - it requires great precision each time.
2. I travelled from the other end of London for this appointment as I moved out of Ealing a long time ago.
I know this is a rare combination - outstanding hairdressing skills and customer service, professionalism and friendly atmosphere.
