Although expensive, I’ve never had a bad experience at this salon. I’ve had a cut and colour with both Amanda and Dom - both are excellent stylists and colourists.
The atmosphere in the salon is very warm, welcoming and friendly. It’s the nicest Toni and Guy branch I have ever been to.

At Toni and Guy in Ealing you get West End skill coupled with local service and relationships. This is a happy, tight knit team and it shows. From the juniors to the senior team, everyone shows such commitment to their work and their client's’ experience. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome, while their training and skills standards are sky high and constantly updated. Very highly recommended.

Roseo stepped in after my regular stylist was unwell. She was v careful but prepared to go the extra creative mile to give me a stylish yet edgy cut

Perfect hair cut as per usual. My hair is thick and unruly but Riccardo always takes the time to style it and ensures I am happy with the result.

Feeling my age today and due at a major social event on Saturday I sought out Frol to work his magic. He’s a dream of a hairdresser - he listens carefully and intelligently to what you think you want and is not afraid to make suggestions using his expertise. He is charming without being in the least oily and is extremely conscientious. He doesn’t mind taking those extra few minutes to achieve real precision and is happy to chat or just work away in silence if you’re not in the mood to talk. He’s not judgemental - so even though I’m a woman in my 60s if I want a funky haircut he will give me one! As always, I came out feeling a million times better than I when I went in! I booked a haircut and blow-dry with Lola for my first haircut in about 18 months. I chose Toni & Guy because I have heard great things about the brand, and I booked my appointment with style director Lola because she seemed experienced, and I wanted a complete restyling of my hair. I have very long, thick hair which was becoming very difficult to manage, and I wanted to give it shape and texture and to frame my face, and to cut it in a way that would work both straight and curled. Lola was fantastic. She understood exactly what I wanted, she communicated with me throughout so that I got the most versatile haircut possible, and was able to explain how to maintain my hair and keep its shape after the appointment.

Lola is an excellent stylest Always come back to her, I know I will always leave happy

I had highlights and a cut and blow dry and the experience was lovely. The salon is very calm and the service was excellent. I had my highlights done first - they were done with such care and the colours really flattered my skin tone. The condition of my hair felt really good after the highlights too because of the treatment they use. The cut is great - flattering and just the length I wanted. I found the whole experience felt like a treat and the condition and look of my hair feels lovely
