Am a long-standing customer but still delighted every time: I can basically hand my hair over to Kris and know I will get a cut and colour that suit my personality, frame my face and are easy for me to manage… the team here are so friendly and I always leave feeling smiley and well looked after. Denis is welcoming, personable and professional and I am always delighted with my haircut.
I used to have my highlights done at T&G but decided to look elsewhere due to the increase in price under new ownership. I didn’t see any value in the increase - no change in service, product or experience.
In terms of constructive feedback, a selection of drinks, magazines and going back to using towels.

I always value Chris’s expertise, He is always charming, professional and pays particular attention to detail. He is very personable as are all the staff. There is a pleasant atmosphere in the salon.
Forever impressed with the overall experience at Toni&Guy East Sheen. I was one of their first customers when they opened some fifteen years ago and have been a happy customer ever since. The whole team are welcoming and friendly and I have always been satisfied with cuts, colours, blow dries and advice. They’ve cut my childrens’ hair too and have been so lovely with them over the years. I can’t rate them highly enough. I really look forward to my trips to the salon!
