Every time I walk out of Escape Hair I feel a million dollars. Gem, my fantastic hairdresser knows exactly how to colour, cut and blow dry my hair so it looks and feels great.
All the staff are welcoming and friendly, always offering five star service from start to finish. I highly recommend.
This is the first time I have come to escape and I absolutely loved it. They were all so friendly and helpful in putting together a suitable look for the party I had to go to in the evening. The lady who usually would do 'party hair' wasn't in the day I needed and so they really went out of their way to make an effort me.
Thank you to stylist Gemma, who cut my little girl Elsee hair and because it was her 4th birthday done princess hair. Really made her day thank you :)

I get nervous getting my hair cut because to much gets cut off, but I had a my hair done today by Gem and I absolutely love it. She was super lovely and the staff are very welcoming.

My stylist today was utterly organised, attentive and efficient. She was the first person who did not comment on how much hair I have and swiftly got on with the job. Other hair stylists have had to book double time slots because its alot to get through. yet she deftly got on with it in a dexterous way. Very polite and a lovely outcome. I hope shes proud of how skilled she is and no doubt shes a pleasure to work alongside

I really like Escape and it’s fourth or fifth time I cut my hair there. However, this time it wasn’t great. I had same style as previously, but this time the care with details was different and the cut ended up quite different.

Being a busy person who usually washes her hair everyday, the Brazilian blow-dry has been a life changer. My thick unruly hair required at least 30 plus minutes of blow drying and straightening every morning. Now I simply wash it, run the hairdryer over it and am done in half the time. My hair is smooth and shiny and feels great. Regarding value for money, I don’t have a comparator so trust that I get what I pay for in terms of product quality. The treatment can take between 2 and a half to 3 hours but it’s only needed twice a year and I don’t mind as the salon has a great vibe and I use the time to escape (no pun intended) from a hectic lifestyle. I wouldn’t be without it now and highly recommend it as a deep conditioning treatment too.
I have used this salon for quite a few years now and have no complaints whatsoever. I would certainly recommend them.
