I always have Gem do my hair but Natalie did it today Friday 17th May and I was very satisfied, excellent service as always, very friendly salon that’s why I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I would definitely recommend.
I have been having my hair cut and coloured every year for the past 8 years as well as having the Yuko hair treatment once a year for 6 years. Escape hair salon in Eltham and Bromley are the best hair dressers I have ever been to. The management are second to none Kem, Gem and Gok are fantastic and the other staff are wonderful.
Thanks again as I have just had my hair done today and I am really pleased.

1st time to this salon. What a great service. Visited the day before to ask about my hair, booked in for the next day with Gemma who knew exactly what was going to look good. The lovely 2nd year apprentice who was my hair was very nice and friendly.

Everyone is so friendly and warm at Escape. Jemma always cuts my hair so brilliantly, she has converted me from a control freak who used to cut my own hair because I hated the ‘salon experience’ to someone who looks forward to going to the hairdressers. She recently cut my hair from shoulder length to a pixie, not only did she do it brilliantly but all the other staff commented on it which made me really happy.

Always friendly. My hair is always done exactly how I like it. I always have a colour, cut and blow dry. I’m always asking before and after if I’m happy with the results of my hair. They are always happy to give advice with different styles and colour.

I had an appointment for roots and blow dry today at the salon in Eltham. I couldn’t wish for a greater service. Natalie lis such a lovely girl and I feel so confident in her. Everyone makes you feel so welcome.
Got all information about hair dye and safely got tested 2 days before. Upon arrival staff greeting was kind, asked for any beverages which was great. Never knew a hair salon offered this service before. Was well looked after by many staff. The colour chosen, the results were excellent. Perfect Colour for non bleached Black hair.
Experience is Great, Staff attitude is great, Pricing is also great.
