Andrew Jose Salon

Salon is beautiful, staff extremely professional and came away with the best color I've ever achieved going elsewhere. Whole experience was great. Would thoroughly recommend this salon for anyone who wants to come away feeling pampered, looked after and having celebrity locks!

It was my second time at Andrew Jose and again it was a great experience. My stylist, Bola, was very pleasant and did an excellent job with my hair. I'm definitely coming back and would like to make Andrew Jose my regular hairdressers. (Do you do some kind of loyalty card? :))

Really pleased with my hair. Colour is fabulous.Nice atmosphere, coffee and friendly staff.

My stylist was lovely but I wasn't particularly happy with the result - not really anything like I described and I could've achieved better at home by myself. Plus half of the blow dry and styling was done by another girl who really didn't seem to know what she was doing. Overall really underwhelmed and won't be going back.

I had my highlights done today during my lunch break. In and out within 1.5h unlike 2.5h in other salons. My friend just commented that my hair look amazing - so shiny and natural.
I asked the hairdresser to do something that regrowth does not show so quick, so she came up with a great plan for low lights and toner. I am very happy and will be back.

My second time going to this salon. Lovely friendly people, great quality of service and I'm very happy with my great new haircut. No complaints and a great price for high quality in central London.

Fabrice is a really great artist. He immediately knows what cut would suit your face best and I am never disappointed. Atmosphere is also lovely and welcoming.

I booked in for the first time while staying at the Charlotte Street hotel and had a great experience. I decided to cut off all my hair and Evelina did it with great confidence, such a great cut. Also had a great shampoo by a girl that was supposedly in training, well done! I will definitely be back, thanks so much Evelina, I love my new short hair. Tauna Ingall

The person who cut my hair was really lovely and had a good attitude towards women's reasoning for choosing certain hair styles. She cut it very well, however Unfortunately my hair is extremely thin and fragile. The heat she used on styling it has left it like straw. I felt the hairdryer burning my scalp and should have said something but presumed there was enough heat protection. Perhaps she wasn't used to styling my type of hair. Not happy.

I loved the whole experience, from the first moment to the last! I was greeted and smiled at as soon as I entered the space. I had and appointment with Bola that took me right in. She asked about my preferences/what I wanted and made me feel really comfortable the whole time (the same with the rest of the staff). The service was quick and outstanding. The staff was exceptional from start until I left the door. I also loved the chocolates - great touch! I've recommended to my friends and I will definitely come again as soon as possible!

Glen at Andrew Jose is a delight! He's a great colourist and always listens as well as advises. All of the staff are pleasant and polite. A great hair experience. Highly recommended.

I've been left disappointed with haircuts for years but this time I didn't have to cover my hair with a hat & wait for the cut to grow out before seeing people!!

I have started to come to Andrew Jose a year ago I think, because I bought a voucher on Time Out and haven't been to another hair salon ever since. I always book in with Nalan - she is the absolute best. Apart from being the loveliest person ever she is an outstanding hair stylist and knows exactly what suits you and what doesn't. She always gives her honest opinion and advises with expertise. I always feel welcome and treat my appointments here like a little get away. Therefore - highly recommend!

My first experience at this salon was today and it was brilliant. Nalan was so talented and stuck to exactly what I wanted. I didn't feel like a 'new' client, I felt like I'd been going there for years. Great service and good value! I'm a very happy customer, thank you!! X

Glen has been cutting and colouring my hair for 8 years and he is dynamite! He's cut and coloured my ever changing hair through difficult pregnancies, various TV jobs and a hectic work-life. His eye for tweaking your colour and cut through the seasons is amazing, but if you want the same thing every time he'll do that too. I love him so much, I'm actually afraid to share his details! Glen is calm, lovely to chat to and understands the delicate psychology of a lady and her precious hair.

I had my hair cut on Wednesday 2nd November with Glen.
Having washed it this morning for the first time since my visit, I have only finger dried it, AMAZING!!!
Very nice salon coupled with Glen who was very personable means I will definitely be returning.

I have been a customer of Andrew Jose Salon for more then 2 years. I have to say I can be quite picky about my hair and I have never walked out unhappy. The service and attention to detail is seen as a priority. Everyone is also friendly and welcoming.

I've never have a bad experience at this salon, staff are always friendly, warm and do such a spectacular job on your hair.

It is obvious that the staff who work here enjoy their job and there is a really good vibe and feel about the place.

Today Nalan gave me a keratin straightening treatment and hair cut. For over two hours she washed, treated and cut my hair, chatting away and made the experience an excellent one.

I've been coming to the salon for over 16 years (ever since I came to London for university) and can't see myself going anywhere else.

Andrew Jose is the perfect combination of professional and relaxed and they are brilliant at colour and cut.

I have had my hair cut and coloured at Andrew Jose for longer than I care mention, and I carry on going back as Andrew is such an amazing cutter! The styles that Andrew suggests, I am confident will suit me and pull me out of my comfort zone (a good thing!). Andrew's cutting skills are brilliant, not just on the day - the style holds its shape and looks good till my next cut. Colour too is great - Fabrice does mine.

The staff gave me the same warm welcome as a loyal customer, the cut was perfect (considering it was quite drastic I was very happy, my stylist interpreted exactly what I was after). Brilliant wash/cut/blow dry. Hong gave a perfectly pressurized head massage whilst washing my hair. Then a very quick, professional and excellent cut and blow dry.

It's my third time back to the salon and I absolutely love it. I've never had a favourite hairdressers but I really recommend Andrew Jose. It's easy to book - you can book online and they even have special offers sometimes which is value for money!
I always ask for Bola as she always takes her time to ask how you want the hair to be cut and styles and cuts it to absolute perfection! Not only does my hair look I've just stepped out of a photo shoot every time but I always get a lovely chat and some good laughs with Bola. She's really a gem! I can really recommend this place! :)
