I've been a client at Andrew Jose now for 20 years and in all that time I have never had a bad cut. A west end salon with an unpretentious boutique service. The absolute best. Jane

As ever Rebecca provides a fantastic service, listened to my needs and delivered amazing results on cut and colour. Her assistant gave a beautiful blow dry and styling. Would recommend to all. :)

No atmosphere as you walk in. Very quiet salon staff were not particularly welcoming.
My stylist bearly spoke to me throughout treatment.
I appreciated the refreshments, but that is basic.
Mediocre haircut.

Went because I had a discount voucher so it was excellent value - the salon is very well located, bright and spacious. My hair is very fine, wavy and mostly grey, so I am always a bit worried that when I get it cut. Felt well looked after by my senior stylist, who was delightful, listened to my requests and made my hair look healthy and fresh. Have washed it since and it still looks great -even though I just wash and go! Many thanks

I'm super pleased with the results, I asked for an ash toned balayage and they were super honest and upfront about the limitations on getting the exact results as my hair had so much red pigment in it to start with. But Evelina worked her magic to get it as close as possible, the results were perfect, couldn't be happier with my new hair. I'd definitely be going back and recommending friends.

Had a cut and blow dry by Hong the other day - I must say - very happy with my hair trim but for the blow dry treatment , Hong suggested using a diffuser and as much as I enjoy using it at home ( and it's so simple to do so), the hair was just plain-looking and damp at the roots. The following day - was more messy then blow -dried. Maybe it's my underlooking so , of course , depending what you want - try to explain as much as you can to get your desired treatment and a style that lasts more than a day. Apart from that - I love this quirky salon

Lovely salon in central London with easy access from Tottenham Court Road tube. Staff are friendly and I always come out of my hairdressing experience feeling a new woman!

Found it more like a library then a hair salon. The guy that did my hair was very friendly but seemed a bit awkward. He didn't use any products to blow dry with I found this a bit strange but friendly enough guy.

Had half head highlights and cut/blowdry. I was looked after all the way through and had great advice re styling , colour ect..Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends...Fabulous

Have been very wary of going to any new hairdresser after moving to london, because my previous hairdresser has done my hair since the age of 13. I tried a different salon that was very expensive and had a big name last year, and was very unhappy with the result of the colour. This made me almost overly touchy with my stylist and probably a bit rude. She still tried to make sure she was explaining everything to me so i understood and asked what my old stylist used to do. She was very professional and when the dryer came out and i saw what the color was, i could not have been happier. i have finally found my new london based hairdresser. As for the value, i just can't give it 5 stars, as it was quite expensive, but it was nowhere near as expensive as a vast majority of london based salons. you might be able to find cheaper stylists, but really this was grade a work, that i dont think you could find for cheaper in the heart of london.

Evelina is very professional and she done a great job with my hair.
I would definitely recommend her and I will be back to the salon in future.

The whole salon experience at Andrew Jose is great. Everyone is happy and friendly. Andrew himself is usually there to look after you and I have once again had a great colour from Nalan. Highly recommended!

I love how Andrew cuts my hair. Have been going here for a couple of years and wouldn't go anywhere else. You get what you pay for - love my hair!

I went to Andrew Jose to do my regrowth and styling. I was a bit worried that they would be unable to match the root colour with my existing colour. The result was very good, the root colour blends perfectly with the rest. I was v happy. The styling was also good and lasted many days (even survived my moped ride with helmet)

Lovely hair dresser lovely experience!

Not being one to complain. I feel quite upset with my haircut. I actually hate it. It was quick and it was not the standard of a senior stylist. Though she filled me with confidence that she knew what she was doing I was nervous as I was having a change or hairstyle.

I feel the cut is terrible. It feels uneven and it was cut with parting on side so if my hair is worn on the other side of flicks over its got long bits.

I did not receive the luxe hair oil treatment as in the timeout offer and instead had a regular conditioner that was left in while I got a tea. I trust the person cutting my hair but she was too young and inexperienced in my opinion.

I will have to find someone who can do something to improve it without taking off anymore length to what is a bob and I wanted a long bob. He cut was so quick I was shocked

More than disappointed as hair makes or breaks the way u look and I feel dead embarrassed with this cut.

I'm really happy with the cut and colour.
Nalan was lovely and knew her stuff. She listened to what I wanted and made some good recommendations.

Very professional and friendly. I felt pampered and I am very happy with the result! Nalan has done a great job with my hair, I will come back.

I had a cut, blow dry and Moroccan oil treatment with Nalan. She did a fantastic job. She recommended a different kind of layering which was better suited to my length, and really nicely curled my hair afterwards! The cut didn't feel rushed, despite it being an offer from Timeout. Can't recommend Nalan enough.

I have been coming to have my highlights and cut with Glen for a few years after my partner recommended to go to him and Glens been doing his hair for over 10 years. Best decision I've ever made. Glen is awesome at getting my hair to the perfect blonde and I'm always happy with the cut & it lasts in a good shape for ages. 10/10. Emma

After a disaster with highlights at a cheap local salon - where my hair broke off, I visited several top end salons, and got sent off with a cut, blow dry, expensive conditioners and 'no luck' shrug. Tanieka has taken my hair in hand, has got a plan of action, and after a few visits, my hair feels like hair again. Phew!

My hair looks amazing! I used the voucher and almost felt bad because of the quality of service. Nice atomosphere, brilliant stylist, will definitely go back again.
