I would like to say the biggest thank you to Krizia who was exceptionally kind to me this evening (Tuesday 14th July). After a disastrous hair cut yesterday at a different salon, where my hair was left 3 inches shorter than requested, uneven and butchered, I went into Andrew Jose on the off chance that they might be able to slot me in to to quickly even things out. Krizia had me sat in the chair and was assessing the damage in no time, and really took her time to make my hair look its absolute best in the situation. Despite the initial tears as she acknowledged the damage caused by the previous stylist, Krizia's efforts meant that I left the salon with a smile.

After 4 months of waiting, it was a real treat to be back at Andrew Jose again for a cut and colour. Coronavirus hygiene steps taken with care but preserving friendly relaxed atmosphere. Good to see familiar faces again and especially the talented Eveline.

As Blond I have found it really hard to find a salon that can get it tight. Jessica got what I wanted from my first visit, fixed my hair and always gets my hair colour right. She is also very lovely and amazing at her job. I've had Aysha before she went on maternity leave and she also always did my hair perfect. I've found my salon after trying 5 different well known places and 2 long years of not having the blond hair a wanted.

I always enjoy my visits to this friendly, bright and comfortable salon. My post lockdown hair was an extra challenge. Andrew looks so carefully at you as an individual and gives you a great cut that suits so well and that lasts brilliantly. Evelina does amazing colour too. A five star experience.

Nattasa was very attentive and took my very loose ideas and gave good advice. Instead of just chopping off half my hair like I suggested she took time to do it gradually and tried different possibilities for me to decide along the way.

This was a really pleasant visit, hair stylist asked me to fill a questionnaire and we then went through it and came to agreement what my hair needs.My hair feels really healthy after the cut and the styling too was lovely (still have the subtle waves on the following day:)) Dodge couldn't have been more accommodating,providing me with styling tips as I'm not very good with straighteners...I was spoilt with complimentary drinks too!Will be recommending this Salon to my friends too 100%!

I bought a TimeOut voucher for a cut and style at Andrew Jose Salon and it was excellent. Dodge was really friendly and gave me a great new cut, and a huge glass of prosecco! I wasn’t rushed at all and the whole experience was really relaxing ? I would highly recommend.

Felt very looked after and relaxed. Nattasa gave me beautiful layered cut (shoulder length straight hair). My hair feels lovely and soft after the conditioning treatment. The salon was very quiet Sunday evening

Aisha (name not on the drop down) was fantastic, I'm thrilled with my change of style from long hair to chin length. She was clearly very experienced and did a great job. She made me feel relaxed and confident. I left practically bouncing down the street.

Had a lovely time at this salon today. Space was calm, staff very knowledgeable and friendly. It was so nice to be made to feel good about my hair and come away with a cut I really like (this is rare). You should definitely check this place out!

I booked an appointment through the Time Out offer and randomly chose Jessica as my stylist. Sooo glad I did - she was very friendly, up for the challenge of my new hairdo and cut it brilliantly and quickly!

I love my hairdresser, Glen. He knows what suits me and he does an ace job every time. He never let's me down. And he gives you chocolate on Valentine's Day ❤️ I would recommend Glen for cut and colour and brilliant customer service. Xx

I only ever visit Andrew Jose as I don’t trust anyone else to do as good a job. I’m always really pleased with my hair cut and it always lasts a long time before I need it cut again. The sign of quality hairdressing.

I used timeout voucher for this visit. I booked it with Dodge, but Andrew cut my hair which was very nice. The Salon also looks very stylish and I quite like the decoration as well.
