My second visit to this salon and again I’ve been very pleased with my hair. The stylist listened to my concerns and delivered exactly the style I asked for.

I have my hair cut here with Jess and she is really talented and friendly. I trusted her to cut all my hair off! And she always does a great job, and is very efficient, listens to what you say and makes you feel comfortable and confident.

The stylists at Andrew Jose are not only so very skilled, but incredibly warm, personable and friendly. I felt right at ease hosting 5 clients - they did all the work for me and each client left the salon incredibly satisfied with their treatments. Will definitely return!

Natasha is my hairdresser, she has a real warm and welcoming presence and i fountain of knowledge in all things hair! She takes problematic hair like mine and does wonders. I love getting my hair done at Andrew Jose! Like most women, I'm very protective of my hair and can feel quite nervous when trying something new. But I always trust Andrew and I love that he and his team challenge me to try something different. I never regret it. Moreover, I always feel great while getting my hair done and afterwards because the salon such a lovely place!

I got a message to say that as it was my birthday I could get a free blowdry, which I did. The woman was amazing and I can honestly say its the best blowdry I’ve ever had. Really made my day! Highly recommend.

I think I must be one of many long-standing clients of this salon because I’ve been coming here on and off since I was 25 and I’m now in my 40s. It is, in my opinion, the only salon where you really get what you pay for. A fantastic haircut for a start - and I’ve got very short, thin hair - but people often stop me and ask where I get it cut because it always looks so fabulous. Plus nobody trying too hard to sell you a product but instead offering really good advice about how to look after your hair. It’s a wonderful location on the corner of Charlotte Street with natural light flooding in. I tried a few times to find a local cheaper salon, but they were just not up to the job. It’s a special treat for me, but one that I have learned to appreciate more and more because I know they have taken years off me! And sometimes they give me a glass of prosecco which always helps! They are simply irreplaceable

The color was terrific. I used a gloss without ammonia.

People always comment on my hair and ask where I have it cut. It’s always Andrew Jose!

From the moment you walk into the salon it’s a wonderful experience, the staff are all friendly and welcoming and the space is, beautifully bright and airy. I adore the way Evelina cuts my hair and would never consider going anywhere else.

When I arrived at the salon, Andrew Jose said ‘tell me about your hair’ so I mentioned the condition and that I’d like 5 cm off but my hair is very heavy/thick, so I would like to have layers specifically in the inside of my hair.

Andrew is really friendly and so are the staff. As I came as a hair model, a trainee cut my hair. He cut 8 cm off which is a bit much. Andrew came and put layers in afterwards. As it’s his salon I trusted what he did, with a name like that.

However, my hair looks very thick/heavy/bulky and the layers are on the top of my hair which makes the ends of my straight hair kick out (like the shape of a Christmas tree). That was the reason I specifically asked for the layers to be on in the inside.

The haircut took quite a long time but I didn’t mind. I understand it was a free haircut but if they couldn’t do the style I requested then I’d have preferred for the salon to have been honest and just said that. Now I can’t wear my hair out as I really dislike how the ends of my hair kick out, and also looks bulky at the same time.

The staff are hospitable but the overall my haircut is embarrassing and I have been wearing it up ever since, which is not my preferred choice of hairdo.

The Andrew Jose salon is simply great: great, friendly service, lovely relaxed atmosphere and superbly skilled stylists. I've been going there for about 15 years and I make a special trip to go (it's about a 50 minute journey from home), because it's quite simply worth it. I usually get cut, colour, blow dry. I always walk out feeling fantastic. Recommended.
