Andrew Jose Salon

I stumbled across this salon because of a Timeout deal (£30 to include wash, cut, blow dry and treatment) and will come back for sure! I have not been satisfied with any of the saloons that I have tried in London so far - but can absolutely recommend "Andrew Jose". My stylist, Jessica, was super friendly, did a great job with my hair and recommended some nice (and affordable) products for my hair.

I am VERY picky about my hair. I have been coming to this salon since 2014. The staff and salon make your experience so comfortable. Never walked out unhappy. Highly recommend and for sure this salon and its staff is at the top of the ladder for London Salons. They will take care of you and help if there is crisis ( which is how I came to be a client) they fixed my hair crisis . And you will look good and feel good. Customer service is superb, as well.

Jessica cut my hair. She was really friendly, offered great advice for my hair and I was really pleased with my cut.

I had my hair cut today by Jess. She was lovely, really listened to what I wanted and did a great job! I used the time out voucher which is great value! Plus I got a voucher for my next visit which is even bette!

The salon is really light and spacious, in a really easy to get to location.
My stylist, Jessica was absolutely lovely and did a really great job with my very thick hair! I love my new cut and the way it was styled.
I felt totally relaxed and would definitely recommend the salon.

I am delighted to have found a new hairdresser, the very talented and lovely Aisha. She has a real instinctive understanding of hair, which I find is rare, and I left the salon delighted with a fantastic cut which is still brilliant after I’ve washed and styled it myself - the real test!

My first time going there - bought a timeout deal. Aisha was my stylist. She understood my hair type (crazy curls) and what it needed. She didn’t let me do something I would have regretted.

She gave me a great cut. She spent time on my hair. I will definitely be going back. Totally worth it

I've recently received an excellent haircut from Janie. Really happy with it. I've had repeatedly great cuts at Andrew Jose including from Rebbecca and Andrew himself. Really like coming to this salon - it's relaxed, professional and the staff are lovely.

I had my hair cut off for charity - 35cm ponytail chopped off...a very dramatic cut for me! I was put instantly at ease and the stylist was excellent. I came out with the exact style I was looking for - I am really happy with the result.

It was my first time at Andrew Jose after an horrible experience in a different hairdresser. Jess completely solved my hair and I couldn’t be happier! It’s the happiest I’ve ever left the hairdresser! I’m definitely going back!

Due to time limits the dye was out as the students had to leave for their flights, but Andrew made sure his other staff dyed my roots. This was such a nice gesture, but mostly I would commend him on his professionality, utter observation to detail, clear eye for aesthetics and very warm and not in your face personality. I saw this as he taught the others as well as dealing with his own staff as well as myself . A true gem. Thank you!

I have been at some top salons in New York and London. I have never had such a gentle and lovingly done haircut, and the result was just wonderful!

I’ve been coming here for a while now and have sometimes tried other “top” salons in London, but always return to Andrew Jose as it’s simply better. I can honestly say that I think Ann is technically one of the best colourists (if that’s the right word!) in London

This is the only place where I get the results I asked for. Being a blond I have found the places in London no matter how upscale the hairdressers are get it wrong. That is till I found Andrew Jos! The results are amazing, my hair always looks great. The location is central, the spaces very nice and the staff are really lovely and professional.

Timeout offer was a great offer although did not receive the massage! Andrew was very friendly and delivered a wonderful experience!

This is the first time I have been to Andrew Jose and I was very impressed by the salon and the staff, especially the excellent hairdresser I had (Natasa). It was v clean, modern, I got a nice, hot peppermint tea (in some salons they barely offer you anything or it arrives cold) and chocolates and the whole hair experience was lovely.

Natasa was v friendly and patient and it was a pleasure to have my hair done by her. We discussed my preferences, she gave me a really nice head massage with my conditioning treatment and cut and styled my hair very well.

I also got a timeout voucher for £30 which encompassed a hair cut and blow dry, conditioning treatment and head massage. Can't get more of a bargain than that!

All in all I rate this as a top salon and would definitely recommend to others, even at full price.

I had Natasha cut my hair on Sunday. Fantastic they are open on a Sunday and such a lovely location. I am very pleased with my hair cut, Natasha did a great job. I would definitely go back. Salon is very clean also.

I had a haircut and blow dry with Aisha today.She suggested the best haircut that would suit my hair and it looks great! The salon is super clean and bright, so all in all a thumps up for the whole experience!!

The salon was clean, warm and welcoming. Everyone was really kind and really responsive, not left waiting around. And as for the stylist, Natasa, she was amazing! I went for a big chop and she made it less scary. She gave me the exact style I wanted and I am really happy. I will definitely be going back!

I was really impressed with how friendly the staff were at the salon and the relaxed atmosphere there. The scalp treatment was really soothing and I had an excellent cut from Andrew , the director. Highly recommended. It would be difficult to find a salon in the West End as reasonably priced and welcoming as this. Thank you !

The salon is light and airy with a calm atmosphere. I am thrilled with my cut and colour- exactly what I had wanted.

I took advantage of the Time Out offer for a cut and blow with Janie. Had never been to the salon before and was impressed by the service all-round. Janie gave me a fab cut and style - she properly listened to what I wanted and like and is a warm person. Had a spring in my step afterwards on a bleak winter's day - fully recommend!

It was my first time at the salon and Rebecca my stylist made me feel very welcome and asked me questions about my hair. I was very impressed with her knowledge when caring for Afro hair. I left very pleased with my new hair cut and overall experience and got some great tips on caring for my hair. I have already booked my next appointment!
