Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're glad to hear that you had a fabulous experience with your stylist, but we apologize for the inconvenience of the temperature and poor water pressure.
Ricardo worked extremely hard to get the new location ready in under 4 weeks just before Christmas. We all expected teething problems on day 1. We can confirm this was fixed same day to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable visit for all of our clients.
We also understand that our new location may not be as convenient for you, but we hope that the high-quality service you received from our stylist will encourage you to make the drive and park for your appointments. We value your patronage and would not want you to miss out on our exceptional services.
Our Prices have changed. Under Anna's Hair Salon, Ricardo did not raise service prices in 2 years due to the uncertainty of the salon premises and allowing clients to benefit during a difficult financial year. As Anna's Closed after a 2 year Court battle due to landlord redeveloping the location, Ricardo set up ARQ Hair. We cant expect the same prices to be in play as Rent and costs being totally different. We have however done our market research and found that we are still slightly cheaper than all our local competitors.
Your Stylist Dawn is our Color Expert and Senior Stylist at the salon and her prices are higher than other stylist in the salon to reflect this. As you did point out she is fabulous. We feel it would be unjust if prices didn't reflect her work & artistry.
