The staff are very pleasant and welcoming which is more than I can say for the owner/manager who isn’t fit to run a business. She is rude, unapproachable and has no idea of customer service.
My electrolysis treatment resulted in many blisters leaving my chin covered in scars. I left it several months to see if it would heal and fade which it did not. I thought I was being reasonable when requesting a refund for only the balance of my course however the manager was only prepared to offer a credit note. When I highlighted she should be more considerate given I was not pursuing The Pham for damages to my face she became aggressive, wouldn’t let met me speak and hung up. Would NOT recommend this place.
Really enjoyed a facial with Melissa who was skilled and totally relaxed me which was the aim as well as helping my skin to feel deeply cleansed and alive again
