Poor haircut

Initially after my haircut it looked nice but when I got home and looked in more detail the back of my hair was not what I expected. There are not enough layers. If you were to look it just looks like 3 lenght of layers and the top layer is blunt. The style is completely flat too. I'm very disappointed.

Ian and Demi did my hair colour and hair cut respectively. Their service was very good and satisfied me.
My complaint is related to what I was charged. I had an unsatisfactory experience last time for which I was promised a 25% off on my next visit

Today when I went to pay , I was told that there is no such offer in my notes. ***** at the desk didn’t help in that regard and I end up paying 140 pounds. As it was not my fault that the staff didn’t put the above complimentary offer in my notes, I felt cheated. I would like the management to look into this and send me a satisfactory reply.

Hi there, have to say terrible experience with my stylist *****. I have just finished a 1pm appointment. I asked clearly for a short textured crop with a bit of length at the front. A iconic standard Toni and guy style I’ve been going in for for years. It was over in five minutes. Hair was long and I was confused. Is this a textured crop? You want it shorter? Um... yes? He went in... took millimetres off. Again... I couldn’t understand why is this a textured crop? I said I wasn’t happy- he said this is as fair as he can go with scissors . Do you want me to ask someone with clippers to cut your hair. I said I guess so. The senior person came and said... “you CAN cut shorter with scissors... it’s called a textured crop!” I said YES!!! That’s what I’ve been saying!!!! He proceeded to cut my hair, but gave me a very rubbish short back and sides. I was very unhappy.

Ian is absolutely the best colour technician!!! He pampered me literally the whole day!! Brilliant art to detailing and you can see the passion he has in what he does. I had been to two other hairdressers previously who didn't do a good job on my hair. I didn't want much cut off and needed it to be reshaped and styled. Lara was great. She listened and didn't cut much of my hair off. She gave me a stunning fashionable haircut and I feel and look so stylish. I'm very impressed. Will be going there again, definitely. Bad blow dry

I had ***** today at 10.00am he usually works in the Covent branch but was covering on this occasion.
He was quite rough with my hair wash first of all, and then really rubbed my hair dry.
During my blow dry I had to ask ***** to use a bigger brush as I stated I would like a more natural look than a really wringlet style look. He used a bigger brush, however I felt that he didn't spend long enough in each curl. My blow dry was done in less that 25mins.
By the time I got home my curls had all fallen out. I had a wedding to attend!! I had to re do all my curls with a hair straightener.

I always use Tony and Guy and usually have Marie who is amazing!
I was very disappointed, my husband kids all my family members who were staying over for the wedding we were attending, asked me what I had done at Tony and Guy. It was embarrassing, a waste of time and money today.
