Many it was friendly and seemed experienced. I arrived slightly early but she was ready to see me straight away and my cut and blow dry was completed in 35 minutes. I am happy with the result.

Started coming here in June 2017 was with previous barber for 12 years but he wasn't much of a stylist. With Lara she always asks what I want and what would be better styling wise. Quality hair cut, nice staff and clean shop.

A sad experience with a senior stylist

Left me to answer the phone once, to speak to a colleague at the desk and then a third time to speak to a different colleague. I found that extremely unprofessional but out of politeness I did not say anything. Chopped my hair off half heartedly in 12 minutes max - I timed. She did not pay attention to the photograph I showed about the fringe I wanted - which was parted to the side not straight - nor listen attentively to my request to keep the length as I put in long clip in hair extensions when I leave my hair out.

I had to pretend I was happy with the experience so as to not appear rude - but I was not happy. Not the standard I expect from this company. Throughout I wanted to get up and leave - especially every time she left me to do other things. I hate it when therapists and hairdressers lose focus like that.

I asked the receptionist to book me with the highest qualified person and she said that would be the senior stylist. Turns out it's actually an art director. I am annoyed that I was not with someone a bit more senior as I found **** to be disinterested and not really paying any attention to me.

I felt really sad when I left the place but unable to express my feelings because you put your trust in the hands of a reputable company and this is the experience. It's not right. I am not going to name names - but you know who you are. Please take on board what I am saying for your future clients.

I have always had long hair and always worn extensions since i was 14. When i turned 26 i decided to change. I met Ann-Marie at the harrow branch and showed her pictures of people like rochelle humes, selena gomez etc all with different hair lengths because i just wasnt sure how short i wanted to go. Ann-Marie was so confident and gave me a cut i hadnt even considered, she told me to trust her and that shes got an idea of what would look good. It was short but i absolutely loved it. So much so i dont want long hair or extensions back. Ive had it cut before at other salons but would always to back to extensions but thanks to ann maries amazing talent at creating beautiful hair i will defo keep it this length. She gave me a cut that really suited me and one that i could maintain after leaving the salon. Booked another appointment for a tidy up in a few weeks and all i can say is i want ann marie to always cut my hair. Thank u so so so much!!!!!!! Best hair cut i have ever had. So many compliments since

First of all because of my work myself and my collegues travel a lot and always seek out a Toni and Guy because of our past experiences and its reputation .
My experience at the Harrow on the Hill branch was a shambles and I can only say that the staff need training in customer service and basic hair dressing skills . I will not be returning .

had my appt at 10.20 on wed 9 august. cant remember name of stylist. i said my hair is frizzy so cant have layers etc. he did not offer any advice and just trimmed a small amount off. it hardly looks any different. he did not seem keen to interact....i was expecting more from toni and guy especially as it cost fifty quid. will go back to my old hairdressers as they understand my hair....disappointed to be honest

was greeted nicely by girl who was at the reception area and she is also very nice and good at washing hair, Lucy is so good at cutting my hair it was my first time coming here and I love it I will return and I will refer my friends to come here with Lucy. Very clean and nice cup of tea
