After 5 months I finally got my hair cut today by Lara ( not my usual stylist) love my new hair cut thanks Lara.

Dimi is really does his job very well. He is so patient with my hair (thick, not-straighforward). Bit challenging but he doesnt rush & he pays attention to details. Definitely the best hair cut I get every single time. Well done!

I told him how I want my haircut which was a blunt trim and no layers and I got the opposite I’ve got layers all over my hair and more than a trim I’m very disappointed with the cut I received

Dimi is ever so delightful and gives you the bestest hair you could wish for. One of the ever so positive person I’ve met after the chaotic pandemic for sure. And the girl (sorry couldn’t catch her name) who styled my hair was so good. Overall, I felt very safe about the environment, hand sanitisers, masks, shields all’s in place perfectly fine plus the wonderful staff lights up the place either way.

The attention to the detail to get this perfect and amazing color was admirable ...thank you...I love my new hair!!

My usual stylist is Lorna but she is not back yet, so with some trepidation I had a new stylist, I need not have worried, he did a fabulous job, if only he didn’t keep calling me darling ?

Loved the whole experience. Haven't felt this good about my hair in a long time.

Good to see everyone again for a well needed haircut. Salon was well laid out and looked really clean and plenty of space for social distancing.

My hair was in desperate need of a cut and just general TLC; Ann-Marie gave it just that! She knew what it needed more than I, and she was just brilliant in what she did. I enjoyed chatting to her and the whole experience was lovely. Highly recommended :)

Lovely to be back in the salon. Ian was amazing, hair colour came out lovely and even with the new guidelines he managed to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.

My original appointment was cancelled 2 days prior by salon as was told they had double booked and that I would have extra treatment as compensation.
Extra treatment was a hair mask left on for approx 3 min!
I felt everything was rushed from hair wash to cut and blow dry.
Dimi said they only have 40 min per client. As I have thick hair my hair normally takes longer to cut and style. (Usually Dimi takes his time and doesn't rush)
For the amount I pay I expect better. Even the guy on reception on my arrival has an attitude problem as he was the one who cancelled my original appointment had not even told Dimi about my complimentary treatment.
I will not be returning here again.

Lovely to be back and chat and almost feel normal again. Hate having to wear a mask particularly when hair gets down the mask but know it has to be done.

I have been going to Marie for many years and am always very pleased with her advice and the way she cuts my hair. She is by far the best hairdresser I have ever had. She is also a pleasure to talk to
My disappointment this time was the price. I was charged £68 which is an increase of about £13. I maybe expected to pay a little more because of the circumstances but Toni and Guy are a big company and I wasn’t expecting such an increase.

Fabulous. Felt very well looked after.
