I liked Dimitar from the very start :) It was my first time at this salon and he totally got the look I was going for and how to make it suit my fine, curly hair. He was really gentle with the comb and we had lovely chats. Will definitely be coming back!

As always, Marie gave me an excellent hair cut.

Dimi is a lovely person, with extreme attention to detail, making the costumer feel special, listened to and happy with the final result. I got a straight cut and is the most perfect my hair has ever been. So straight! It also looks amazingly shiny and feels super soft.
The 4 stars for service and atmosphere are regarding the lady that washed my hair. Eventhough she gave me a pretty good head massage in the end, she was comlplaining to her colleague, and it felt like she just wanted to get it done with and go home. It made me feel unwelcome for a start, but the rest of the experience made it absolutely worthy and I will definitely be coming back.

My hair was pulled many times and it was really uncomfortable. ***** is a happy and friendly person but very rough when he was handling my hair and was in a rush to finish. He even burnt me with the hair straightener once. Not happy. I don't expect this kind of service from toni and guy and a person who has 8 years of experience in toni and guy!

Never disappointed with any of the colourists or stylists. Been going to this salon for many years!
