I had a wonderful service at Salon, Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about getting a fringe cut in again. I love the finished look and will definitely be returning! Wonderful customer service from the reception staff too!

I was not happy with the colour. Some areas of colour were grey so had to have a toner added to alter the colour. After this was done the colour was a bit better but I am still not happy with the colour.

I was really disappointed with my visit to the salon today. From the beginning I had to explain exactly what I wanted she didn’t give me much of an input and when she finished cutting my hair it looked awful you couldn’t really tell I had been to the hairdressers . After I explained what the problems were she fixed it and it was much better but I think she should have done a better job.

After living in London for a year now I wasn’t expecting much in the way of customer service but I was happily surprised with how wonderfully welcoming the ladies at Toni and Guy were yesterday. I had great service, and after a long hiatus from getting my hair done, a fabulous cut that I’m really pleased with!
